Works great! This mix feels a little less harsh than the plain salt mix. What isn't mentioned is that there is menthol or something in the mix, so you will have that cooling/minty-like sensation. Which was surprising at first, but it is kind of soothing and I have grown to like it.

I had a very bad infection from a misdiagnosed tooth infection. I required surgery to open up my sinuses again. These saline packets, used with Distilled Water Only, worked well. The doctor also prescribed a compound medication that I had to add to this mixture, as well. Eventually, I no longer needed the medication nor this saline rinse. However, you can use it for every day use, especially for those with bad allergies.

This is salt and baking soda in a specific mix. Great value per packet and works same as the originals for my nasal rinse squeeze bottles. I'll continue buying these as long as they're available at this price.

They're salt packets, and they work well in my navage (mix the right amount of water with the packet, add it to the navage with a little silicone bypass device, and it works the same as a pod with far less waste and a much lower cost).

Did not sting my nose or burn my brain 😄. Works well when i used it with the myself rinse bottle. Good value for the amount you get. Helped to clear sinus
