There is a wait for pillow to shape once unpacked.
This item arrived vac packed with no carry bag & no instructions. I say 'instruction' because once taken out of the vac pack it did not resume it's shape immediately. In fact I left it overnight thinking I would return the item but actually found it had found it's shape correctly the next day. I purchased this pillow to replace an older one. It does the job. Wish I bought a cheaper version!
