How would dispose of the bin once full?

Hi, I take mine to my local GP. They have an incineration service there.

Are these suitable for lancets? I have large bins at home but need something handbag size

These boxes are perfect for the handbag. Sharps and lancets all fit in. Perfect to take in the case on holiday as well. I use them all the time. I even keep one in my locker at work.

Can I empty it into my large bin

Not without breaking the seal. They're designed for single use, once full the lid is sealed and it goes for incineration. The only way to empty it is by not fully fitting the top part but that bypasses the safe design - you might as well use an old margerine tub. I wouldn't recommend either

Will this container fit in the Glucology travel plus case?

I don't know what a Glucology case it but this was certainly brilliant for my sister for her holidays. Very small...very safe lightweight. So convenient for her to travel with.
