I really like this spatula set. Having both a solid and slotted spatula is very convenient because I can use them for different types of cooking. The silicone heads are gentle on non-stick pans, so I don’t have to worry about scratching my cookware. The spatulas feel sturdy but still flexible, which makes it easy to flip foods like eggs, pancakes, or fish. I also like the stainless steel handle coated with silicone, because it gives a comfortable grip and doesn’t get too hot while cooking. These are great utensils. Very sturdy and well made They cleaned up great in the dishwasher, too.

Well worth the price

I've used both of these now. They do well in the dishwasher, and are also easily taken care of by hand washing. I was trying to replace my beloved Ekco nylon spatula that's probably over 30 years old and recently sustained one more melt mark from leaning against a hot pan. I went hunting and found some Ekcos on eBay for $20 - $40, all used and with the scratch and melt marks to prove it. I decided it was probably time to get an upgrade. The size of the blade on these is comparable to my Ekco. The grip part of the handle is very comfortable. Overall, it's very sturdy and feels like it can handle even a quite heavy item. It's not quite as flexible as my cheap (but beloved) Ekco so there is a bit of a learning curve on how to get it under the burger or French toast or whatever else I am trying to turn. I'll need a lot more practice before I try it on an over-easy egg. I like the stainless steel part of the handle very much. It makes it feel strong and sturdy, but not heavy. I just wish the whole thing was 3 inches shorter from tip to tip. It feels like I'm turning things from halfway across the kitchen. Still, it's a great value, and I will probably get used to it over time. I will recommend especially if whoever is going to be using it is tall or afraid of getting too close to a hot pan.

Good quality spatulas suited for high heat use. Very happy with their performance.

These are great making my eggs in the morning an flipping with ease

I love these spatulas. They have been durable and are well built. The paddle piece is rigid and doesn't bend when flipping eggs or burgers. These replaced some flimsy ones we had and I am happy we tried thes.

I’m very impressed with this set of flippers. They are very sturdy and don’t bend like some other silicone flippers I’ve tried. The food stays on the flipper and doesn’t slide off into the pan or onto the counter. They also come in a variety of colours which is a nice bonus.

BIT LONGER THAN WANTED BUT VERY WELL MADE DISHWASHER SAFE

Like many people, I was concerned about the publicity around flame retardants in black plastic cooking utensils. As it turns out, the original study had an error in the calculations and though there is some risk, it is lower than originally thought. Prior to knowing this, I did replace several of my black, plastic utensils. As others have noted, many of the replacements work well enough but are thicker (because they are made of different material) and this make it more difficult to cook certain foods. I did find this in the beginning. For example, flipping fried eggs was a bit difficult but after having used this set for several months now I can say that I barely notice the difference. On those rare occasions when I am cooking some REALLY thin (such as crepes), I will just use a metal spatula and be very careful not to scratch the pan. So overall I like the look and feel of the set. They are also very easy to clean.
