トレーニング前に飲んでいます。 味はもう完全に“ザ・アメリカン”。甘さもしっかりあって、独特の香りも含めて自分はかなり好みです。 逆に、さっぱり系や自然な風味が好きな人には少しクセが強く感じるかもしれません。 自分はトレーニングの20分くらい前に飲んでいますが、気持ちがしっかり集中モードに切り替わる感覚があります。これを飲むと「これからやるぞ」というスイッチが入るので、ルーティンとして気に入っています。

アイシーブルーラズを3ヶ月ほど飲んでいますが、今回トロピカルパンチを買ってみました。 瓜系の風味があるので苦手な方は注意です。 大丈夫かつグアバジュースとかが好きな方には是非試してほしいです。 朝orトレーニング前のカフェイン摂取で飲んでいます。 脂肪燃焼的な部分にあまり期待していなかったのですが、モ〇〇〇ー〇〇ジーをこちらにかえてから体脂肪率8→5%になりました。 その他食事や生活は変わりないのでおそらく原因はこれです。

My original review is somehow gone so I won't rewrite everything. My main issue with it is the cayenne pepper extract and how it doesn't dissolve. It ruined the drinking experience for me. It also induced sweating which helpful in a gym it was very inconvenient when working outdoors during the winter. The caffeine helped a lot and I did buy this to replace energy drinks because they only have sugared ones at work and is expensive. Between this flavor and the lemonade one I like this one better. I also found the jars quite small and was surprised when they arrived in a very small box, I thought that only one had arrived.
