These cables do everything they claim, reliably. The micro-USB connector is very low profile, which means it can fit into awkwardly narrow or recessed ports. If you are having a hard time finding a replacement cable for a PowerA gamepad, or have put your phone into a thick case and realised the original cable doesn't fit any longer, this might be the answer. The cables have been working for USB 2.0 data transfer and charging up to 10W, and they are the length they claim. I bought both the 1.82m and 3.0m versions a year apart and except for the length they are identical so this seems to be a stable design that should fit consistently. The plain black outer feels like PVC so it doesn't bend as easily as silicone rubber and it picks up some cosmetic nicks and dents. But it is protective and flexible enough for most uses and is quite acceptable for a 'basic' cable.

This is a standard, no-frills cable that does exactly what it's supposed to. The connection was tight and charging speeds were fine for my older devices. However, after about 8 months of daily use, the internal wiring seems to have given up near the micro-USB connector. It now requires being held at a specific angle to charge. It's a cheap and cheerful option if you need a spare in a hurry, but don't expect it to be a "buy it for life" item.

Used between my Logi Z407 speakers and my PC. Works completely at the rated speeds with no dips in quality. Cable is nice and doesn’t bend easily so will last long. Compatible with only regular USB, not USB-C. The colour is black on the entire cable. I got the 2 meter version and it was exactly the correct length. Blended well with my setup. Definitely the best Micro USB cable you’ll find for this price!
