Steel Ladle

Nice quality ladle that holds a generous portion per scoop. The dual sided spout makes it easy to pour.I wish the handle was all stainless steel instead of partially plastic but I’ve used it several times already and is holding up well in the dishwasher.

This ladle is yet another Oxo product that is well designed and good quality. The large capacity helps for quickly serving up soups. I mostly cook soups in an instant pot or a 5-quart Dutch oven and the length of the handle has been great for both of those uses. Cleaning is easy since we throw it in the dishwasher with great results.

Ordered several OXO serving utensils to replace the OXO black plastic serving utensils we’ve had for years. Great replacement! Sturdy, feels good in your hand and affordable.

Depending on the size of your silverware tray or drawer, you might need a wider space and deeper drawer for this ladle. I was also worried that "Steel" is written on the packaging; it does say "Stainless Steel" on the back but does not identify the gauge. Haven't tried it out yet. The design is large enough to scoop a sufficient amount of soup, chili and other favorite foods from a pot/kettle into a small bowl. I was really hoping to find the perfect 18/8-gauge stainless steel ladle exactly like the one I purchased years ago, which is to the right of this one in the first picture (attached). This one is good, though, and has a little pour spout on each side for right-handed and left-handed people.

The quality you'd expect from OXO. It's nice and heavy, the handle is comfortable to hold, and the ladle itself is deep and easy to pour.

Too expensive, but it works good, looks good, matches other brand name utensils well. Strong. No flex. Several dishwasher runs with no issues so far.

I probably overpaid for this, but it's a beautifully made ladle that will doubtless be passed on to my kids and grandkids! It's really well made to the usual OXO standard, and transfers a good-sized portion of stock, gravy, soup. This is important because we make soup every week from scratch (bones). So whilst this is an investment piece, it will be well used and appreciated.

Une louche pour les gauchers, mais aussi pour les droitiers. Parfait pour verser les confitures dans le pot sans en mettre partout. Beau matériau (inox) et belle finition, on a un vrai ustensile dans la main.

DE: Gießt sehr gut dank des Ausgusses. Leicht zu waschen (keine Unebenheiten). Da es zwei Ausläufe gibt, ist es sowohl für Links- als auch für Rechtshänder geeignet. EN: Very good pouring thanks to the spout. Easy to wash (there are no asperities). Since there are two spouts, it is suitable for both left- and right-handed users. FR: Verse très bien grâce au bec verseur. Facile à laver (il n'y a pas d'aspérités). Puisqu'il y a deux becs verseurs, il convient aussi bien aux gauchers qu'aux droitiers.

Résultats attendus . Parfait pour les gauchers !
