you only have to look at this to no its quality and made in Germany you no you have a tool to last great price which reflects the workmanship and quality of the materials used . I have had a few different types of this type of tool but they have always fail I have found this tool opens locks fast and will open a large number more locks so do yourself a favour buy quality the Kronos regards gary

Disappointing , broke in 2 weeks
I've got to send back to Germany due to the Kronos failing. Originally pick needles were missing,multipick sent out replacements and I've added a star for that.but ยฃ240 for this agrovation is not on. Also it don't come in a case , for this money that's crap. Well I'm off to the post office to spend a fortune to send it back lol. German engineering is why I purchased this. Don't bother. As a locksmith for 25 years buy a Dino pick .

Not worth it!
I'm a canadian locksmith with more than 30 years experience. Last september, I bought a Kronos directly from Multipick Germany since there was no distributor in Canada. Even though it seemed to be well built, mine quit working within 20 minutes of use. After I contacted Multipick, they told me I had to send it back to Germany to get it fixed. They said they would repay my shipping costs to cover for the trouble. Three months later I finally got it back but never got paid back as promised for my expenses . At last, I was able to try it and evaluate its performance. I tried it with multiple mortise cylinders, KIKs and padlocks. To me, it compares to my regular pick guns (Ilco and Lockaid). All the locks I picked with the Kronos, I also picked them with my good old pick guns wich by the way, don't require any batteries and perform better in the cold climate. My advice; save your money for something else.๏ปฟ

Good when working
Button sticks and they are underpowered and fel.like you have a flat battery when filly charged , good when they work but fail often sadly , I have had 2 of these and same issue with both.
