Yes, it is an excellent product but the tablet's size is too big as if it is a soluble product. I have to break it into small things before I can take it.

The formula and strength is ideal and Solgar is a high quality brand, so pleased to get it at a good price. Only downside is the size of the capsules; they are huge but can easily be snapped in half for digestion. Magnesium seems to be helping with my water retention and general mental wellbeing. Recommend taking with chromium picolinate, which aids a restful night's sleep.

I've been taking these capsules for about a month now - they are really good! I think Solgar supplements are good quality in general. The only drawback is that they're quite large tablets - I once tried to take two at the same time with a glass of water (very VERY stupid idea) and nearly choked :( Should have taken them one after another instead!

I have tried loads of things to help with poor quality sleep - nothing worked without making me feel lousy the next day. These work! Since beginning to take them (though I only take half the dose and only every other day) I have been sleeping longer and better. Success! I suppose I ought to mention that they are rather big, but fine with a spoonful of kefir or yoghurt which helps them to slide down. Also, they can have a bit of an unfortunate effect at the suggested dose - bit like prunes... It is still worth it to sleep so much better!

I trust the solgar brand for quality, have taken these for 5 days and my fibromyalgia pain has almost gone, also i feel better, more calm and relaxed. Magnesium is truly a miracle..also i have epson salt bath twice a week. Fast delivery, good seller.

Was having some problems burping and the usual tiredness etc. Read about magnesium defficiency, decided to order and made sure to get CITRATE not OXIDE!!!!! These are great, only bad point is the pills are kinda large and hence kind of difficult to swallow even with fluid. 4 days in and I feel better already :)

I bought these after reading up on causes of sore / cramping leg muscles and there was a lot of talk regarding magnesium citrate helping. I thought it was worth a go as taking ibuprofen didn’t seem like a great idea 3-4 times a week. So after 2 days, my leg muscles have an 80% improvement and I’m taking 2 tablets a day - morning /night. I do not go for herbal / homeopathic remedies as I’m sceptical to their efficacy, but these do seem to have some scientific consensus behind them and I can say they’re helping.

I usually can digest 99% all of supplements but this one gave me diarrhea with just one tablet 😂🙈😩 citrate will empty your life 😂
