Foldable Beach-Buddy, beach wagon, 100 kg, Uquip 245201

This is great. The whole family love it. Just got back from a festival where it was king of the wagons! Comfortably the biggest I've seen, it nevertheless folds down to just the height of the wheels. Great padded handle which you'll be grateful for when pulling it over rough ground. Overall construction is robust and it is pleasingly straightforward to operate - it unfolds/folds like it's greased. Only slight niggle is that the wheels are hard plastic and hence rattly and noisy on stony ground - sounds like it's going to shake itself to pieces, but it didn't! A touch of rubber would have cushioned that nicely. Still, very happy to give it five stars - definitely worth the extra money over others.

I bought this for carting stuff up and down the beach. I just wish I'd done this years ago. I could have saved a lot of back-breaking effort. The cart is really sturdy and is easy to open and close. I bought this primarily for the beach and it's really come into it's own. For example, I can now take two coolboxes onto the beach for a longer stay. With regards to mobility, you must remember ONE thing: the harder and smoother the ground, the less effort you'll need to pull it, despite the fat tyres. In order of easiness: tarmac/esplanade=very easy. Wet, flat sand=fairly easy. Deep, dry sand=hard. The latter sometimes takes two adults to get from the shoreline up to a dry area. The only minor thing it is missing are side pockets. I've seen some competitive products with those on and I'm slightly envious. Mind you, wherever I take it, I get people admiring it, especially kids saying to their dads: "That's what we need, dad!". All in all - a brilliant product.

On arrival we were surprised by its size. Thankfull the trolley folds up for storage as it really is quite large. My wife purchased this to allow us to take all the grandchildren’s toys etc to the beach. I think it would take the grandchildren too! It’s a very sturdy unit with very large wheels for crossing the beach and the overall quality is very good. Just reconfirm it’s size before you buy!

This buggy is great. Simple as that. We bought this for a camping trip to the coast this July. We have 15 month old twins and knew our pushchair was not going to cope for their first trip to the beach. Well we loaded the twins in to the buggy and their change bag, their food, beach towels, drinks, clothes and my wife's hand bag and hit the beach. To be totally honest in the really soft sand you do really have to pull it through, but once it firms up, this buggy is amazing. We found out that the twins hate the beach, but they love being pulled around in this buggy, so we take a win where we can. Top quality piece of kit and well worth the money.

We used the buggy to take all the beach equipment whilst on holiday and it was amazing! Made life so much easier. It’s so big the kids fitted in it. Very good build quality, very sturdy and folds up neatly. Lots of people asked about it! Highly recommended!

The frame and material are great quality, and it folds realy well. The wheels are a total disappointment - after a few months (without exceeding the weight limit) of use going to the beach and back from my house on pavements (500 metres or so) they wore away and broke apart. Replacement wheels not available either. Good buy for occasional use, but if you need one a lot then go for something with rubber wheels i reckon.

We used this at the huge Norfolk show a couple of days ago. I pulled my three year old son and a bunch of bags around the showground. It coped admirably, It’s sturdy frame, durable basket and easy pull handle made light work of the load. The big fat wheels made for a good comfortable ride. It’s built tough and good VFM. Worth purchasing. Photo is our dog Snowy who insisted on a ride too.

Great in principal and I was encouraged by the positive reviews, but in trips on the first weekend of purchase (with loads no-where near the stated max of 100kg) the following: 2 x wheel nut failures. These are not well put together. The thread is short and only a little thread lock evident. 1 x Folding frame failure. Again a nut / bolt worked loose. 1 x Wheel mount bent. Any of these issues would be acceptable / correctable after extended use but all within hours of being unpacked and NEVER at any point being used to transfer anything close to the advertised weights make the product a total failure. The concept is good but sadly the manufacturing process is poor - and qc would seem to be non existant. I have returned mine for a full refund. The quality simply does not live up to the price.

Den har uppyllt mina förväntningar. Infästningar för framhjulen upplevs lite klena dock. Smidig att fälla och går att lasta tungt.

Muy cómodo para ir a la playa con los críos y todos los trebellos. De todos modos, las prestaciones sobre la arena de playa dependen mucho del tipo y cantidad de arena, pero siempre será mucho más cómodo de manejar que un carrito de bebé, un carro de la compra o una hamaca habilitada como carrito. Además, el tipo de asa de esta versión permite que dos personas tiren de él en caso de necesidad. En resumen: lo mejor, que sea plegable (plegado ocupa prácticamente lo mismo que una silla de playa plegada), el tipo de ruedas anchas y ligeras, y el tipo de asa.

This cart is great but need to be careful with the weight especially if in sand. The wheels are big enough but the wheel brackets arent as robust as they need to be to cope with trying to turn the cart on sand unless its rock hard

Excellent produit très robuste et maniable, sa capacité est un atout, je m'en sert depuis des années c'est le second achat que je fait de ce produit que j'utilise uniquement pour me rendre à la plage l'été. Très robuste facile à plier je suis EXTREMEMENT satisfaite à tous les niveaux de ce produit.
