will this work with an acer iconia 0ne 8 tablet running windows?

I don't see why not. Works on my android phone and Samsung g tablet, no problem. Best such pen I've had.

Do these have any weight to them, as in a solid feel? I hate it wen they feel like a McDonald's straw! thanks in advance for your replies,.

It's not heavy like a solid pen but it's not as light as a straw either. It's somewhere in between. I am happy to weigh it if you are interested to know it's exact weight.

I ordered these last year and they came as per picture have reordered them twice and they haven’t got the extra bit on top which is what I want

Hello The ones I bought did not have the extra bit on top either.

is this suitable for samsung S20 mobile ?

I think it's fit for all phone. I used it at s22 ultra , S20 ultra , pixel 7 pro , Poco F3 it's all working.
