Is this sufficient for two new roses i am about to plant or just the one please?

It will do more than 2 roses. I used it on 12 small cuttings, which are flourishing really well. I still have plenty left.

Didn't dilute just sprinkled in planting hole. Directions are on the packet

Can this be used for rooting succulent cuttings?

I'm not sure but I think succulent will root better if cuttings are allowed to calcify for a few days before placing in rooting medium.
