Useful, compact, relatively good quality.
Startech are obviously very well known these days for adapters and cables of this nature. They maintain an above average quality for all products I've encountered under their brand and are relatively fair in price, given you get a tested and verified product at little above the price which eBay or aliexpress might offer, with UK guarantees on quality and warranty provision. All my encounters with startech have been good over the last two decades. Would recommend this product.

A must have for every network tech bag
I keep one of these with me in a bag you never know when you might run into a router or switch with a DB9 console port. It works and it's a good insurance policy.
