Perfect, I couldn't find the right mount for my new server in the office and bought one of these instead, its great, fits perfectly, comes with everything you need and makes the server cage look tidy!

I bought this as I know Startech is a decent brand with products that will last for years. It was cheaper than alternatives and I knew it was a 2U shelf I wanted, but it seems very few people make 2U shelves at the shorter depth for a comms cab - especially at the price I wanted to pay! I'm pleased to say with some careful angle grinding/cutting I was able to get the perfect fitment and am very pleased. I've lost some rigidity by cutting off the rear folded edge, however for what I'm putting on it (router and small switch) it will be perfect.

Quality product. Unfortunately it did not fit in a 450mm deep cabinet.

The shelf is of good quality construction, made of a fairly thick and heavy metal. I purchased a couple of them and am using them in an AV setup with one carrying the AV Receiver.

There's not a lot to say about 19" rack accessories and this one is just great. It's well-made and strong.

Como siempre, los productos de StarTech los mejores en cuanto accesorios para racks e incluso racks. Viene con todos los tornillos necesarios para la intalñación, un pequeño detalle pero que marca la diferencia. En cuanto a la calidad, parece que soporta más peso del que ponen, yo lo he comprado para que una caja de mineria tenga algún punto de apoyo por la parte de atras y no unicamente estuviera sujeta por el frontal ya que no quería poner railes. La badeja despues de apoyar todo el peso no ha cedido practicamente nada.

Quality 2 Unit Rack Mount Shelf - Bang for The Buck. So impressed, we purchased a 2nd Shelf. 1st Shelf installed in Wiring Closet houses Cable Modem & Router mounted above Switches & PoE Injector. 2nd Shelf was mounted in Mobile Audio Rack. Non Rack Mount Audio Mixer needed a Shelf. We used (4) - 1 inch Velcro strips to strap wrap the Mixer to the Shelf. Perfect! This shelf is firm and stable. Vented Shelf was useful to dissipate heat in Wiring Closet and allowed strapping in Mobile Audio Rack to hold Non Rack Mount Audio Mixer. To eyeball strap location, on shelf for Mixer, we used Blue Painters Tape to layout sides of Mixer on Shelf. For mounting - We used different Rack Screws than what came with this Shelf - Raxxess PTSW25 Rack Screws with Washers (Pack of 25).
