I've just broken my collar bone and ribs and by using this its easy to attract his attention. It was good value for money. It was difficult to use at first as I'm right handed but I managed to get it to work but managed to. The quality is also good and can heard downstairs which is brilliant as I'm upstairs. Once I had gotten it to work it functions really well.
