I’ve used a few different fake tans over the years and St. Moriz Dark is honestly one of my favourites. It gives a really nice deep colour without looking ridiculously orange, and I find the colour develops quite evenly. The guide colour makes it easy to see where you’ve applied it, which is especially helpful around awkward areas like knees and elbows. It does have that typical fake tan smell once it develops, but I don’t find it unbearable. For the price, I think it’s really good value. I usually leave it on for a few hours or even overnight before showering and the colour left behind is a good dark, bronzed tan. It also fades fairly evenly rather than going patchy straight away. Definitely one I’ll keep buying.

When I initially put it on I was worried, the guide colour is extremely dark and it looked very streaky. I left it on for 12 hours and washed it off. The colour faded a lot and left a nice sun kissed look. No streaks and not at all orange. For a dark colour I was a bit shocked at how light it was but I think it was partly because I was used to the extremely dark guide colour. I am very pale and therefore I may do another coat to deepen the colour. I previously bought a lot of gradual tan moisturisers but they all ended up orange and streaky so for me this is the way forward. I have also purchased st moriz medium which was very nice but a bit light and also the one hour tan didn’t seem to take on my skin so this is my favourite overall. Will be using it for now on.

I have tried countless fake tans, and always seem to go back to St. Moritz (DARK). It is very, very good for how cheap it is, and one bottle goes a longggg way. Although, if you are looking for a long lasting darker tan, it may not be for you. Here are some things to keep in mind: 1) For my dry/ sensitive skin gals and guys - I have quite sensitive skin and this is fine for me. It has never dried my skin out or made me itch etc. 2) It doesn’t necessarily smell bad, but it also does not have a particularly nice smell either. 3) I always shower (I have noticed that it stays on longer if you exfoliate and shave beforehand), then once I am dry, I do two coats over my body - this gives a darker, yet more natural look to the tan. Make sure to use a tanning mitt and wash your hands after - it will turn them orange. 4) I have very pale skin, and after doing two coats, leaving the tan on over night, then washing it off the next morning (I try and leave it as long as possible) most of it does wash off, but it leaves a lovely, natural and shiny looking tan. 5) If you are after something darker, you could go over the top of this tan with a gradual tan (I use dove in medium-dark). I usually do this if I am going on a night out, but I use St. Moritz on its own day-to-day. 6) Like most other tans, it does start to come off after a few days. If you leave it, you will end up with a crusty look that just really isn’t very attractive. Moisturising can help it last longer, but it’s usually better to wash it off and start again. St Moritz also do a tan remover, which I swear by. Using that with a good exfoliator glove or sponge works wonders, and then you can start again :) Overall, it’s a lovely tan. It can just take a bit of practice to get used to and finding what is right for you!

So I held off leaving review for this until I could leave an honest one after using more than one application, now I can! I have really dry skin so in the past, many moons ago when first trying fake tan, I would get patches all over. Looking dirty. I am hugely tan obsessed, everything feels better with a tan! Due to being pregnant I can no longer go on sunbeds but could also not face it being pale and see through. Spray tans weren’t giving me the colour I wanted, it would go streaky super fast so thought I’d give this a whirl as many moons ago this was the best. Wow!! The colour is perfect, I went for the dark one (obviously) it’s not orange, it’s the easiest thing to apply, lasts so long. I have experienced a little bit of patching on my face but found a way around this. After washing the tan off I put my foundation on, I see the patches, I then rewash my face, apply makeup again and my face is patch free. This only needs to be done the day after washing off (this applies to me and my dry skin) I sleep in mine over night. Dries quickly, smells nice and I cannot recommend this enough. Total game changer. And so cheap, can’t recommend this enough.

Classic tan Its now hard to find Dark in shops so was so happy to see this on amazon. A classic tan that's reliable and know works Cheap and cheerful Downside is that I only tend to use this once or twice then I find the mouse goes green which is annoying. Oxides well, i put this on over night and shower in the morning.

Only need a small amount and gives a lovely natural tan quickly . Others I’ve used pick up scarring on the legs from age but this doesn’t highly recommended

it’s nice on, doesn’t last very long though. it does go green too, started to go patchy within not even 2 days

Very good tanning lotion or mousse doesn't leave any streaks and doesn't give you an orange color. It gives you a nice brown tan. One of my favorites. And the tan shows immediately but gets darker as you let it set.

For all those that prefer a golden glow, this is the holy grail. I don't suit the ashy brown, dark brown, even very light purple/green fake tans, in fact I look sick with them. I need that golden glow to pop my features and hair colour etc. I'd been using Le Tan Classic Express Foam but it washes off too quickly. This is amazing! It dried astonishingly quickly, and immediately was a deep rich golden colour. I left it on whilst I worked (I WFH) and by the end of the day washed it off, and was left golden and tanned and I so couldn't be happier. Will report back if it fades badly, but honestly so pumped at the results so far. And it smells great.

Avis d’une grande consommatrice d’auto bronzant : J’utilise de l’auto bronzant depuis 13 ans et j’ai voulu tester celui-ci. 1) Le format mousse : c’est vraiment le meilleur format car il ne laisse pas de traces contrairement aux autres. Cette bouteille délivre moins de mousse que les autres ce qui rend l’application plus précise et économique ! D’habitude j’ai trop de mousse et je dois me dépêcher de l’appliquer avant qu’elle ne fonde, alors que là j’en ai peu à la fois ce qui permet de l’appliquer correctement sans faire de traces. 2) La teinte dark : J’ai un teint maghrébin (couleur olive) donc je suis déjà mate claire. La teinte dark me convient très bien car elle est bien foncée et dure une semaine sur ma peau. Cette teinte s’adresse plutôt aux gens qui ont déjà la peau dorée (beige doré, peau blanche avec sous ton dorés/jaunes, teint olive ou les peaux mates types II, III ou IV) pour les peaux très très claires et rosées (type I) tournez vous plutôt vers sa version plus claire :) sinon le rendu sera vraiment bizarre et donnera un rendu « pas très propre » sur la peau. 3) Le rendu sur la peau : On obtient un joli teint caramel foncé avec cet autobronzant. C’est vraiment ma teinte préférée car elle me donne confiance en moi et me donne bonne mine ! Il est vraiment efficace contrairement à d’autres qui n’ont aucun effet sur ma peau… le bronzage est instantané ! 4) La tenue : Cet autobronzant dure une semaine sur la peau avant de s’estomper. 5) L’application : Je l’applique avec un gant sur le visage, le cou, la poitrine, le ventre et les jambes et les pieds, tout en laissant les mains en dernier. Fréquence : une fois par semaine, le soir juste avant de dormir pour qu’il ait le temps d’agir, et le matin je suis toute bronzée comme si je revenais d’un mois au Bahamas 🏝️☀️ le bronzage est instantané mais il ne tiendra pas sous l’eau si vous ne le laissez pas agir toute la nuit. J’ai déjà essayé de l’appliquer 3 heures avant de faire la vaisselle, il n’a pas bien tenu. Il est donc très important de l’appliquer avant de dormir. Attendez bien 10 minutes avant de vous coucher pour laisser sécher le produit. Après 10 minutes il est bien sec et je n’ai jamais eu de traces d’auto bronzant dans mes draps 😊 Je vous conseille de vous doucher le lendemain matin car il laisse quand même une odeur sur la peau et la douche permet également d’enlever le surplus d’auto bronzant (vous verrez l’eau devenir verte/marron, c’est normal). 6) L’odeur : Lors de l’application, il n’y a pas d’odeur spécifique. Mais le lendemain, une légère odeur apparaît. Mais elle disparaît après la douche. Finissez simplement par l’application d’une crème hydratante parfumée et vous êtes prêt(e)s 😊 Avis final : Prix très intéressant pour la qualité ! Grande quantité de produit qui dure longtemps ! Pas de marques disgracieuses sur la peau ou de grosse odeur persistante. Format économique et joli rendu sur la peau. C’est validé ✅ ! Excellent produit que je recommande les yeux fermés 🥰

Habe die ganze Flasche aufgebraucht. Hab ungefähr 12 Anwendungen auf dem ganzen Körper daraus bekommen. Im Gesicht jedoch benutze ich eine andere Marke die nicht so dunkel wird. Der Geruch ist beim auftragen echt okay, aber nach dem duschen sollte man schon eine Bodylotion mit Parfüm auftragen, weil so ganz blumig duftet man danach nicht. Leider ist man schon klebrig danach, aber ich schlafe sehr oft einfach damit und spüle es am Morgen ab. Farbe ist super, nicht Gelblich. And den Händen wasche ich es aber schon ziemlich schnell ab, weil die werden dann doch gelb. Zwei Tage ist die Farbe ordentlich drauf danach wird sie aber sehr schnell heller. Stunde lang duschen sollte man dann aber doch lieber nicht, weil das lässt die Farbe schneller verschwinden. Insgesamt bin ich für meine erste Erfahrung mit slebstbräuner positiv überzeugt.

This product is amazing. It has a light scent that I enjoy very much. Not too strong nor too light. Once applied, it dries in 2 minutes. Meaning it does not stick to your clothes or transfer to anything else. My pro tip is to apply the product, sleep for 8h and then shower it off for the best result. Your tan will look amazing!
