Setting up the trap was simple and only took about 2 minutes to set up! All you need is a bucket to put it on. The trap snaps right on. One thing I noticed that I liked about this trap was how secure the trap door was! I’ve purchased other ones before and when a mouse would fall in, sometimes the door would fall in as well! Defeats the whole purpose of the trap. This one was so much more secure. The counter-weighted door was nice too as it helps to reset the door much quicker. The bait made it for an easy clean up and it was nice to catch multiple throughout the night! We just started having an issue recently, but this helped to eradicate that! Highly recommend!

Horrible mfg! Will not stay assembled. Advertised to catch squirrels but mechanism isn’t sized right to let squirrel fall into bucket. Do not waste your money. Amazon’s fault as they replaced quality product with this cheap junk.

Item seems cheaply made. Cover isn't too sturdy & doesn't want to clip together easily. Upon installation it came off so it just sits on top instead of clipping too the lid. I expect this to work is only reason I gave it 3 stars.

Peanut butter attracts not just the mice but every other animal on your phone. Put them where your dogs, goats, cheap, etc. cannot get to them. These traps are fantastic. I set one out in my Peacock room that was overrun with mice. By the next morning, I had caught 21 mice. Very few mice left now

When trying to assemble the pieces, the tabs that are supposed to snap in are too thin and will break easily. If they were a bit wider and the holes the go into were better machined, it might hold together better. Also, so far, a week where there are clear signs of infestation, no mice or rats have fallen into the trap. I have tried different food stuffs.

Well-the design doesn’t seem to accommodate rats. They just chewed through the top to the bait. So this method hasn’t produced any mice or rats being caught.

The trap was effective but it did take a few days for a mouse to be willing to try the ramp. In the same length of time I caught 3 other mice via tube traps. This mouse had previously escaped/forced open a tube trap so atleast it seemed effective against the little houdini. Plus no chance of tail being caught etc like the other tube traps. I put grated parmesia inside it and a tiny little bit of peanut butter on the very back of the black flap. I did a catch and release.. and used a bit of duct tape on the lid to ensure he didn't escape in the car.

Es un dispositivo simple pero ingenioso. Sin embargo, si quieres que funcione como debe, sustituye la rampa o escalerita de plástico incluida (a mi no me sirvió) por un material menos disruptivo, como algún tronquito o tabla de madera.

Fácil de armar, practica pero lamentablemente no me funcionaron.

Funcional solo que los materiales son muy frágiles
