Good product
Product arrived intact as in good condition. Temperature readings are accurate and verified with a mercury thermometer. Quality appears good, I wish the mounting clip didn't fall off so easily. It vanished within 2-3 days of use. The size is perfect for deep cookpots, commercial cooking. The functionality is as advertised.

So Happy I Bought This
I started making various dairy products from raw milk and exact temperature readings are extremely important. It’s very easy to use and easy to read. It responds instantly to temp changes and has a programmable setting to alert when it reaches the temperature you set it to. Setting it to the temp you want is very east. It cleans easily. The quality is great, especially given the reasonable price. I can tell it will be super durable. My only complaint is that there is no auditory alert with the program. It merely flashes red when the correct temp is reached. So you must still stay within view and paying attention. I do love the back lighting so I can see the temp from across the room. *Safety Alert* You need to be very careful to keep the little silicone cover for tip because that sucker is SHARP…you don’t want to be accidentally stabbing whoever digs around in the drawer for it haha.
