I ordered this on Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday - first class service. The product is exactly as described and is excellent quality with nice rounded edges and good quality internal grey suede lining inside. The external leather is robust with a classy quality finish and the size holds all normal size A4 papers and folders. The nearest comparable style and quality was in high street store at £145 compared to the £96.00 - including free delivery I paid. The item that I received does not correspond to the photos/description on Amazon. The item is clearly not made of leather and is not of the quality one would expect for the advertised price. I feel cheated and would not recommend.

If it was leather it was of a very poor quality, quite flimsy, not at all substantial, don't think it would last very long. My husband is currently using one from BHS Home which I bought about 12+ years ago which is beginning to look tatty, hence the need for a new one. Disliked this briefcase so much I returned it for a refund!

Very good item would have liked a shelf divider to rest on in the case apart from that fine.

The product arrived really quickly and was securely boxed. It is of a very good quality and has a lot of space for papers etc. It is Christmas present for my husband who's current case has seen better days! He is very particular about his case as it has to be 'just right' for his work needs - this case fits the bill perfectly. Very pleased with purchase - and I know hubby will be too!

The case was of very poor quality and not suede lined as described . Very disapointing .

Quality is better than expected, looks good and works well. A good but from my viewpoint.
