Is the cream colour blue?

The bleach powder is blue yes n just add what % of peroxide you require, but your hair will turn to lightened yellow tones n then I put on a hair colour light ash blonde to tone out the yellow

how much bleaching powder is in this tub?

I'd say about enough for about 8 half mixing bowls .. Hope this helps .. I did quarter of my head and my hair is black I got it to white with just over half this tub :)

can i put ash blonde hair color on after this?

Heya! This is a bleach, if you mix it with a developer it'll lighten your hair. Afterwards if you wish you can put an ash blonde toner into your hair
