Review: Lovely book for little ones - My two little boys absolutely adore this book so I bought this for a friend’s baby too. It’s quite a simple book, with few words so is perfect for babies. The colours are nice and bright and the felt flaps are perfect for little hands. The mirror at the end has been a huge hit with my two. They’ve had it since they were 1 (now 2.5) and still enjoy it - they can ‘read’ it themselves now from memory. It’s well made - ours has had a lot of use but has little sign of wear and tear - which I would have expected with flaps and two little hands grabbing at it 😁 Review: Lovely book - Lovely little book for our baby, a friend had it and I wanted the same. Babies love the flaps and interaction and beautiful design!

Great series
This series of books was an absolutely favourite of my daughter's for at least a year, and we ended up with many of them. The felt flaps are easily manipulated by small hands, and the pictures are bright and engaging. You get great interaction with a kid as they find the hidden animal, leading to lots of chuckling. Great.

Great for the curious
A lovely board book for babies. It's a play on hide and seek, where coloured felt flaps hide the animal you're asking the child to find. Where's Mr x? Or where's Mrs Y? There are four animals per book with the last where's a "and where are you?". The final felt flap reveals a mirror for the child to see themselves. Our little one loves this book! The felt flaps are much more durable than cardboard flap versions of children's books. The artwork in this book is great too!

Perfectly tactile for tiny hands
I flipping love these books for tiny hands. My daughter got one for her 1st birthday and loved it immediately. I’ve since bought them for other little ones. The flaps are really tactile and durable- they don’t rip like other paper flap books. Would recommend

Great books for babies
My 9 month old loves these books. Lovely illustrations that really capture her imagination, and strong felt and pages which means she isn't able to tear the book to pieces like she can with others.

I guess I'm the only one who didn't like this book...
I bought this because my 10 month old loves lift the flap books. She especially loves Tales from Acorn Wood and Spot the Dog but I got this one because she likes owls too and I was interested in the felt flaps as a new texture for her. Whilst the drawings are cute and the mirror at the end is fun I must admit I was disappointed that it was only 4 pages long. We literally finished the book in under a minute. Also as the flaps are felt she gripped them hard in her fist and tried to yank them off, where as with the card flaps in other books she's learned to lift them gently, so I'm not sure about the longevity of this book either. Yes, over time the card flaps get a bit worn because she turns the pages with them open sometimes but with this book the flaps also get left open when she turns the page and then when she goes back to the beginning they are all open and I have to close them all again. It just doesn't keep her busy like the others. For the price as well it's £1 less than the more detailed books that have alot more interaction and story, I definitely won't be buying all the series and spending a fortune. Basically even though it's for babies I personally think it's a bit of a rip off having only 3 animals and having to buy a ton of other books for more pages, it was far too simple and basic ( such as the flaps being the size of the page and in the same place for each animal), there are much better lift the flap books out there in my opinion!

Lovely book but very predictable
Very lovely book really colourful. The mirror at the end gives a lovely twist to the story. The felt flaps are ideal for toddlers because they do not tear. However buying just a couple of books is enough because all books are the same and they get predictable.

IDEALE

Great toddler book
My nephew loves this book. I let him pull the flaps. This is his second favorite to Where's the Lasybug being his first. I purchased the book after he saw it at the library and I checked it out for him. After 2 renewals and listening to him trying to read, I didn't want to deprive him. He usually prefers you read to him, however after this book he likes reading out loud to himself.

A mi hijo le encanta verse en la ultima pagina
Aunque como historia es muy sencilla, a mi hijo de 20 meses le encanta verlo y llegar a la ultima hoja y verse a si mismo.
