Grape must with a dash of vinegar
Although the product is sold as DOP balsamic vinegar, the first ingredient listed is grape must. Taste is sweet. Completely overpriced and poor quality

Gorgeous - if it arrives unbroken!
Product is gorgeous so bought it as a gift. Arrived damaged and leaked all over the packaging. Item unable to be returned and refund/replacement doesnโt seem to be available either!

Had Gone Off
I thought it tasted a bit odd and when I got toward the bottom of the bottle found it had solidified and was full of lumps so ended up throwing it away. Possibly we just an off bottle.

Well worth paying extra, very good quality
This is the first expensive balsamic that I've bought. Yes, there are much more expensive ones available but I normally buy the cheap supermarket balsamic vinegar so to me, this one is extravagant. Is it worth the cost? well I have to say that I really think it is. It doesn't have the typical face-scrunching vinegar taste that you get from the cheap supermarket varieties, this balsamic is rich, sweet, dark and quite thick. Very delicious and perfect to have as a dipping sauce with my favourite olive bread. I will still buy my regular balsamic for cooking and general use but this one - the grown-up version, will serve me well when I'm feeling decadent and mature ;-)

I love this ! Have bought loads over time . Nice and thick. Quite sweet . I wait until I can find it on offer as itโs not cheap but definitely worth it. Also buy their Olive oil, which is also great .

Very thick and sweet.
After several very good recommendations, I ordered this vinegar, but expected something better for this relatively high price for 250ml The consistency is very thick and for my taste a bit too sweet. It contains a lot of calories, even you use it teaspoon wise. Generally the taste is ok, but not that, what I have expected. I thought more, that's a thin liquid vonegar and not a glaze. Won't order it again.

Lovely product cork flimsy tho
Love this thick balsamic. Its excellent for dipping however the first time i.opened it the cork snapped off so really hard to keep in fresh so using selotape.

Balsamic vinegar as a stand alone condiment
Lovely stuff. Belazu products are consistently first rate. The balsamic vinegar usually sold -- except for the very expensive ones from Modena -- are watery. This is silky smooth with a complex flavor. You can use it as a dip with crusty bread and green olives oil.
