does it come with slide in poster?

No it does not come with a poster. Mine didn’t even come with directions to put it together!

Is hardware included?

There are a few things included but I had to use most of my own tools. I had to request several missing parts a few times , it works good now but the quality control people needed much more training as I had several small very important pieces missing. I had a very frustrating experience with this company but after about 6 weeks it was resolved. IMO you may be better Served with a different brand .
