I saw a grater like this in a cooking show on YT and knew my husband and I needed it in our lives with all of the homemade pizza we make. I've used it a few times now and it was love at first grate lol... I was worried it wouldn't suction to our countertop, but it does and it is a solid grip. It works excellently for cheese, it's good for carrots, and it works for cabbage if you cut it into chunks and then use the slicer attachment. If you plan on grating in large quantities, it would probably work to use a cake pan or something with low sides to catch the food in.

When I purchased this product I had moderate expectations about its usability based on the review. But it has not let me down. It's easy to enough to assemble. Makes grating a lot more painless compared to traditional graters and is also much faster. The suction power is strong enough to keep it stable for everyday use, but don't expect it to resist your highest muscular pressure.Also the fact that you have to dissemble it every time you use in order to clean it may make you think twice about using it for small grating jobs, but if you ignore that part, the ease and speed of grating with this device makes it worth the hassle of having to dissemble and clean it every time.

I bought one of these last year, now everyone in the family wants one. So we purchased several for Christmas and birthday gifts. The latest models have a bit longer discharge chute; mobetter. Suction holds good so I clamp mine on the granite counter surface and allow the discharge into a large bowl into the sink; much less mess and you can shred everything needed without stopping to move shallow bowls. The grater appears durable; at least I have not broken it yet. I have not used all of the tools but looking forward to making potato chips soon.

For me, a clue to a good product is a design that allows you to put it together without reading the instructions. This was simple - the pieces went together in less than a minute. Of course, the next desirable trait is it does the job intended. Again, it grated easily and slicing was a breeze. Due to it's size it may not hold larger items that would fit in a standard mandoline, it works perfectly for fruits, veggies and nuts. Disassembly and cleaning was as simple as using it. What more is there to say? This tool has taken over the lion's share of grating and slicing smaller items. My box grater has been assigned second-string duties. Summary - an excellent tool at a great price.

I bought this a couple of months ago, and LOVE it! It’s super easy to clean - it all comes apart easily and goes straight into the dishwasher. It grates like a champ! And it takes up a whole lot less space and is way less hassle to use than my food processor. I have learned two things about using it that make it even easier to use: when cranking to grate anything, crank it backwards a couple of times every so often because it helps to dump all the grated food out of the barrel and into the bowl. Secondly, to make a good suction attachment make sure the surface you’re using is FLAT, and wiped free of any crumbs, flour, etc. Same goes for the rubber suction cup on the bottom of this thing. It’ll stay stuck to the table/counter until you’re finished using it this way. I use this thing so often, I keep it in the same cupboard as my dishes! Highly recommend!

This makes life so much easier, and saves so much time! I've been old schooling for way too long for no reason. Forget grating all that cheese with an old school hand grater! Save time and energy - it takes seconds for what used to take minutes. Get yourself one! Clean up is easy. It holds tightly to the counter. What a lovely day for some homemade macaroni and cheese.

I was so looking forward to receiving my grater, grating big blocks of cheese with a box grater can be very hard work on your arms.Unfortunately I had to return this, this really isn’t very good for grating cheese at all.You receive two graters one has very small holes so when you grate the cheese it almost looks like parmesan which is no good.The second grater has much larger holes which did grate some cheese but then the whole drum just got compacted with cheese and the end result was just a big mess (see photo)I did try the slicer attachment with a potato and cucumber this just sliced both of them far too thin the potato and cucumber both got stuck on the outside of the drum very annoying.No I wouldn’t recommend this sorry.

Would highly recommend! Grates cheese with ease. It may be a bit fidly to clean if you have to clean by hand but comes out sparkling clean if put in the dish washer. I hate gating cheese so I always got my partner to do it. He started to hate it just as much so now there are no arguments about who's grating the cheese.

Why have I only just found this grater?No more grated fingers trying to grate the last bit of cheese.Effortless - just turn the handle while pushing gently down on the block of cheese with the pusher. Grated cheese (or carrot or whatever) feeds out through the nozzle into a bowl or re-sealable bag.The unit assembles or strips down easily for use. Had no problem with fastening to kitchen worktop, turn button to grip while pressing down lightly - turn other way to release. Easy to clean in sink or dishwasher.Three cutting discs for versatility.

The cheese grater is quick to grate cheese, bread and carrots. It is quite difficult to grate cabbage but it can perform the task. It saves you from cutting your fingers which a conventional grater may do!It is easy to assemble but the suction does come unstuck when you are grating. I think you need a very smooth surface. We have a wooden worktop and plastic table which may not work as well as a granite surface for example.It saves time on the whole. The parts can go in the dishwasher which is useful. Relatively easy to hand wash.
