Hi I’m 16 ,which I purchased , it didn’t help one bit . It was very uncomfortable but if it had done the job I could have put up with it! If it was me I would try size 18 ..... l hope this helps.

They do help with pulling the tummy in, but it’s not a firm control so can only pull in so far. Whilst it doesn’t roll down, and stays up, which is great unfortunately it doesn’t have a lower opening and you have to pull down to use the toilet and then try an readjust. If it’s fit medium control then it’ll work.
