The key will not unlock the code

Have you set the code using the key supplied? If so you need to make sure the numbers are correctly aligned, they can be a little temperamental. If this does not work can you reset using the key provided?

I bought a lock and it won’t open with the code i set it to... the override key won’t work either. how can i send this back? it’s only a month old!

You will need to cut the back of the packaging to reveal the code to that padlock and then you can use the key to change the combination to your choice hope I have helped you in anyway?

I can't open the lock

Wiggle the key and try and make sure it is pushed in far enough. Also check the numbers are aligned correctly.
