I found these a great size and easy to swallow. I love being able to get a years supply (in fact 400 day supply) in one package as that makes me feel better about the plastic packaging. Much better that a new plastic container every 30 days which I used to have with many of the vitamins I've taken in the past.Before I started taking these I had been feeling very drained, following an increase in running training and a young boy at home who won't sleep past 6! There was no immediate change, but after a week or so I certainly started to feel more bright and alert and able to function better. Whilst running I certain feel less tired and I'm looking forward to using these along side my winter speed training to see if I can improve my times over shorter distances.In Summary, great for the body and the environment, I'm looking forward to having increased energy as I set some ambitious running goals for the rest of the year.

This product has a number of positive aspects that are great for anyone that wants to give it a try. Beginning with the tub/container itself. It's a good size for the hand, lid comes off well and there is a protective seal under the lid for your own reassurance. The labels are clear and informative. Tub is maybe a little large for product contents but good nonetheless.The tablets are small and very easy to swallow. Personally, I don't feel they worked as intended though. I didn't feel the positive change within myself when taking them regularly. That said, they may work for someone else or perhaps after taking them for a bit longer. It's worth noting that during the time I was taking these, I was feeling a bit unwell and so I was generally tired and sluggish already. Despite them not doing the trick for me, I'd still recommend someone else try them.Value for money is very good. With the cost for the amount of tablets you receive I'd say they're worth a try. Shipping, packaging, container and contents also all good. Just because I don't feel they worked for me doesn't mean they won't have the desired function for someone else. Worth trying.

Bought these some time ago and having had such positive results and I've decided to buy again.I found that in recent years (in my early 40's) I was getting tired alot, having heart palpitations (those are quite scary if you've never had them before, but no immediate danger) and ultimately Doctor tested me for a B12 deficiency and wouldn't you know it, I was deficient and told that my red blood cells were larger that normal and misshapen (apparently that's a thing) and therefore unable to get as much oxygen into my system - I'm no doctor, but it did make sense as to why I was getting the symptoms that I was. I went through the whole 1mg (1000ug) B12 injection process and felt massively better.I try to make sure that I eat foods containing B12, but sometimes notice the palpitations and tiredness coming back so I use these supplements (sometimes with low strength Iron supplement - can't tolerate the high dose stuff) not every day but frequently enough for me to reduce/prevent symptoms recurringNo idea if other brands work, but for me this product was a life saver

I really thought I’d done a review. Well here you go.Excellent purchase. I usually get an injection in my muscle twice a year that makes no difference.These b12 are the best ever. I took one a day now one every other day. They honestly give you so much positive energy. Especially in times like this. Makes me feel alive again!! Just want to keep moving. Sorting my home Cupboards etc out.I would recommend these to anyone that feels low with no get up and go.Tiny I’m mean tiny tablets you can swallow easy. Worked immediately for me yet may take a few days depending on your immune system.Trust me, my home maybe very clean yet you’ll find something to do. My husband bought me these tablets and they are little gems. I have long been aware of the benefit of a high dose Vitamin B - especially for women like me going through perimenopause and menopause.
