Hi I am not sure if it has a BS number. I believe it may be CE marked but its installed so difficult to see. The manufacture is chineese but does have a contact email address on their website. I seem to recall that you may have to repeat the pairing operation. There’s a button on the receiver unit you press, then press the switch but I’d download the installation guide and check the procedure. Might be worth trying.
