MIT Technology Review

An extremely valuable resource and reference in my futurist treasure trove. Technology Review not only covers what is and has happened in the every changing world of technology but, it also gives indicators of future development trends and associated leaders. With this timely information one can glean investment opportunities, timeline for products to reach market, in areas covering the breath of applications through medicine and social media. Simple to the point interviews and stories that have been proven to be spot on with respect to accuracy and reliability. This doesn't things won't change, it doesn't tell you if a company or idea will succeed or fail. but it does provide important insight on technology, change, and potential impact in the worlds social economic marketplace.

Technology Review is one of its kind. Clear, concise, vivid and intriguing information, all at a great price. With each issue the team behind this magazine opens the doors widely for various concepts and topics related to how technology is used.

I have been a reader of Technology Review for over a decade.This is the preeminent review of technological developments.If I have a criticism, the sphere of the review tends to follow dominant, even faddish, trends - for example, at present, e-commerce. I for one would like to see more of what is happening in less trendy but "trending" spheres. For example, as an investor, I follow developments in mining technology. Some of the emerging technologies in this sphere are likely of much more enduring significance than many of the stories you will see in Technology Review (for example, the undersea mining technologies being developed by Nautilus Minerals, or the clean-up approaches adopted by Alexco Resource Corp).Similarly, venture capital firms have far too narrow a focus, and are also missing out on emerging technologies in fields that are not currently "in style."This will change, and I hope Technology Review keeps up, or takes on a leadership position!

I've only had this for 3 month now but every single month so far has been some of the best articles about technology I have ever read.. Interesting, very deep in terms of laying out some of the complexities both good and bad of various technologies and make you think about those issues.

I've been reading MIT Technology Review for ten years. I think that says it all - if I didn't think it was good reading I would have dropped my subscription long ago.

MIT Review magazine is always informative and well written. I enjoy the tech and future scholarship.

The anti-aging issue stands out in the last twelve months as the stellar installment which justifies the rest of the year. When the newsstands reopen, I will drop the subscription and evaluate MIT TR issue-by-issue. Their darling cause is <the topic in science which must not be criticized>, and the editors can scarce raise another topic without a token tangent bridging the empty space between the circles of discussion.

They have lost their way. The latest issue was all about left wing tropes and propaganda with almost no technology covered at all. I canceled my subscription. I want tech news and not DNC propaganda. There are hundreds of magazines spouting DNC propaganda but few covering tech. This magazine used to cover tech well but now seems to think it’s market is only woke Democrats. When they cover tech objectively again as they did before this new far left wing editor’s regime I will consider subscribing again.
