Hinge opening adapters
Meet the purpose. My kitchen cabinet doors open more than 100 degree when they were installed and with this the opening was less than 100 degree and avoid bump with other doors, wall or appliances . Easy to installed once you know is the right fit for your hinge .

These work with Berta face frame soft closing hinges
I needed something to keep the cabinet doors from banging into one another. I had just replaced my hinges with the Berta soft closing ones. I know it says it is not compatible but after looking into everything I decided to try it. Well, it works fine. I have installed them in almost all the 50 hinges I did and not one of them is having any issues. They are a little difficult to install, but I am pretty sure that is just related to having to remove the hinges completely to install these. Glad I didn't have to pay over a buck a piece for the ones that are recommended for the Berta hinges!

Works as advertised.
Really glad amazon has these for sale. I needed something to keep the cabinet doors from banging against walls, other cabinets, etc. when they would fully open under the power of these hinge silly designs (the hinge should have this as an adjustment WITHOUT having to buy these). These restrictors worked. Glad there was a video to watch, otherwise it would have been trial and error. I installed these on all the cabinet doors in the house. Problem solved.

Items didn't meet my needs
Description appeared to fit my cabinet hinges, but they didn't. Returned as an error on my part.

Works good but not for all types of hinges
I've needed these restrictors for a few jobs now and they seem to do the job. I've used them on hettich, salice, baer wurth European hinges but not all of the hinges from these companies work with these. I have only gotten them to work on 3/4 doors and not 1 inch thick ones. Blum do not work with these

Works great for our kitchen cabinets! Door cabinet angle successfully reduced to avoid hitting hood!

Couldn't get them to fit at first. Found it easier to take the door off the hinge, leaving the hinge on the cupboard. Closed the hinge ~45 degrees and slipped the insert in easily. Worked like a dream. Don't know the make of the hinges but they were self closer used in Howden kitchens. Far better than the cable type of restrictor. Less obtrusive. Would definitely recommend. Relatively expensive but definitely worth the money.

Works well although I need to trim the sides a little..

Bought the restrictors to stop my kitchen cabinet doors hitting the walls / other units. They do hold the door away from its fully open position so yes it does what it says. However if the door is pulled open (and then released as my kids do) it will still go to the fully open position and still hit the wall - just need to train the kids to be more gentle! They can be a bit fiddly to install so as others reviewers I took the cabinet doors off and then unscrewed the hinges. If you then open the hinge to 45 degrees the restrictor clips nicely into place. Overall I much prefer these to the wire restrictors. If you prefer not being able to see the restrictor go for these.
