Alpecin Caffeine Shampoo and Alpecin Liquid Set

I have used many shampoos and lotions during the year, in order to give a boost to my hair. None of them has worked so far as this dynamic duo has. It is amazing, you can feel it's power the moment that you put it on your head, with it's menthol like feeling. If you use it daily, then hair does become stronger and they do also grow up faster. I would recommend to any male over 30s.

I have been using caffeine shampoos for over a year now I'm amazed by the results.Things I have notice are my: A small bald patch of approximately 1.5cm that I have had since birth has all but been filled in. My hair feels thicker. Far less hair comes out after washing. Most days this is none at all. Never tried the liquid so now hoping for even better results.

When you start using it you see less hair fall in the sink when you brush/comp them. But more than that I dont think so. It does not thicken the hair. The liquid bottle is bad design as other said. When you try to put on your head it goes everywhere. I dont think so it does anything more than save some hair when you brush your head, from falling on your sink. I used for a month. No progress. so more than half the bottle just stay there. Also I did not use to clean my face, like with Head&Shoulders shampoo. You never know if you end up like Chewbacca from star wars....

All good and I think me hairs starting to grow back

I decided to try this instead of the usual Regaine product. After a couple of months of using the Shampoo and the Solution, I am unsure if they have made any difference. When I used the Regaine, after about 3 months, there was noticeable change but not with this. My hair is definitely softer, the shampoo smells great and the solution has a cooling sensation when applied to the scalp so it does feel good to use the product but its not a miracle in a bottle. One definite pain is that you need to leave the shampoo on your hair for 2 minutes before rinsing off which is a bit of an issue for most men who the length of their entire shower is less than 2 minutes!

Bought this out of fear of going Bald, I'm not sure if it helped but I haven't gone bald yet! My hair appears to be healthier and slightly thicker. I use both products together and it actives a great thickness to my hair. This product has some menthol on it I believe which is very warm on your head. This product is great value for money.

I’ve been using both the shampoo and liquid for 10 years and I’d probably be bald now without it, over that time I have stopped using them for a few months here and there and I noticed hair shredding a lot when not using it so always gone back to this stuff and it seems to stop my hair falling. I’ve found 6 months of using both products most nights plus taking a few vitamins my hair is a lot thicker and healthier.

This is basically snake oil. It’s a rubbish shampoo at best. I think I wasted my money buying so much of this. If you have sensitive skin it might cause irritation which would be worse for your hair. If you want to have the illusion of dense hair then try tresseme volume lift shampoo, that’s probably better value for money than this snake oil.

While there are studies proving caffeine's benefit to hair root stimulation, adding menthol and alcohol to the mix only serves to create a false tingling "growth sensation". The alcohol and menthol also dry your hair which is counter intuitive to the goal of hair growth. Would not recommend, especially given the high price.

La consegna ottima come sempre con prime in un imballo ben protetto. Il prodotto ci tengo a puntualizzare che non fa ricrescere i capelli, ma (come scritto sulle istruzione) cura la base del capello, rinforzandola. Ormai è quasi un mese che uso il prodotto e devo dire che ne sono piacevolmente sorpreso. Basta applicarne durante la doccia una piccola quantità, lasciarlo agire per un paio di minuti e risciacquare il tutto. Ha un gradevole profumo assolutamente non persistente a differenza delle solite fialette che sono troppo forti. Nella confezione è presente anche una soluzione da applicare sulla cute prima di asciugare i capelli, può lasciare un leggero rossore ma niente di particolare. Ideale per chi ha i capelli radi, un consiglio che non c'entra con il prodotto è quello di non frizionare ne sfregare i capelli quando li asciugate ma bensì massaggiarli con delicatezza per evitare di sfibrarli. Consigliatissimo
