No,scapula doesn't move. Humerus is attached by loose screw system and causes no reaction when moved.

Yes, no problem at all. I have it sitting in an armchair in my "den" at this moment. Alternatively it will stand supported by a strong back pole.I don't understand the other reply. Mine sits down quite unsupported.

Unfortunately not, but they do move, they are attached by a screw & a bracket

I would say 360 degrees. I has a gimbal style mount which allows rotation in any direction.
