More than 6 years of drinking brilliant water!
For more than 6 years I am happy that I found this system from a reputable brand and did not try to save a bit for cheaper alternatives. Here are my, time tested observations: 1. Installation Very easy to fit. It's fully DIY'able as long as you're able to connect it to the water supply. If you can't - don't worry, as in some cases there might be more complicated connections, where you need additional fittings like in my case, etc. In general - don't worry, no offence by no means as some people never did anything DIY, worry of flooding stuff, don't have tools, etc. it's completely fine. I am just saying that it can be done relatively easily and does not necessarily require a plumber :). But if you try it yourself, you'd be surprised how much you can do, especially with all youtube at your hands - become proud, stop being afraid of your handyman dreams and eventually start a full DIY renovation of your house haha! Joke with real background!) 2. Solid Quality. I've seen and serviced filters before, including at my friends and parents house and this one looks very well made when it comes to pipes, plastic housings, rubber rings, etc. Well, 6+ years so far is not a bad run, isn't it? The only weak point in my case is the filtered water faucet - it's leaking for a while inside the sink, but in fairness it saw so much pulling and twisting by my kids that I don't blame it. 3. Water quality & Taste Water quality was tested several times in the beginning and after filter changes and it is brilliant. Both pH wise and TDS (remember that it's mineralized back so account for it). I am going to tell you a super basic and even silly observation but in 6+ years my kettle was never washed and it looks cleaner and shinier inside than when it was new. No joke. And why I said it's silly, because RO systems filter much more than sediments, but micro stuff like bacteria and some viruses, metals, pfas and much more. Taste - no taste, just brilliantly clean and "tasty" water, hard to describe but in my family's head it's like "what ideal water taste should be". 4. Servicing If you did not install it yourself, trust me servicing (changing the filters) is even easier. You stop the water flow in filter and tank, unscrew using provided key, filter out + filter in, close well and test in the end to make sure no leaks. You can follow youtube too. It is really not hard at all. Filters are always for sale and you can get good deals if you buy like a 1+ years supply. In my experience, at least with Dublin water quality, which is not bad - even first sediment filters live much longer than recommended and when I replace them, they are just slightly coloured. But this depends on the water quality in your area of course. To finish with, a RO system brings amazing value for your money and I highly recommend to get one for long term health benefits, as no other filtration systems clean the water to this level of purity. Drinking and cooking becomes healthier and so do you. This particular one is used by our family every day and I can responsibly recommend it. Hope it helps even a bit & stay well and healthy! Cheers

Clean, great-tasting water with strong pressure
I have been using the iSpring RCC7AK 6-Stage Reverse Osmosis Under Sink Water System for a while now, and overall I’m very happy with it. The difference in water quality was noticeable almost immediately. The water genuinely tastes better than bottled water, and I now drink more water daily because of it. The water pressure is also very good for an RO system; it fills glasses quickly and doesn’t feel slow or frustrating (please see attached video). Installation was straightforward with clear instructions, and everything feels well-made and solid. I also appreciate that it’s NSF certified, which gives peace of mind about safety and TDS reduction. After checking with a TDS meter, the reduction is impressive. Pros: -Water tastes clean, fresh, and pleasant -Good water pressure for an RO system -Strong TDS reduction -NSF certified -Build quality feels durable and premium -Saves money vs bottled water Cons: -Takes up some space under the sink -Initial installation takes a bit of time if you’re not DIY-confident -Filter replacements are an ongoing cost (expected for RO systems) Overall: This is a reliable, high-quality RO system that delivers exactly what it promises: great-tasting water with strong performance. If you’re looking to improve your drinking water at home, I would definitely recommend it.

Brilliant!
I really love this. It’s pretty big so you need quite a lot of space under your sink. The filters are big but filtered water goes into a tank and the tank is big too! My man is pretty handy and was able to install this himself but there are a couple of things to be aware of. It comes with American fittings so you need to buy flexi hose to connect it to our sink. It also comes with its own tap so needs space to install this which inevitably involves some drilling in the sink or work surface. Installation isn’t necessarily easy and depends on having the right tools and correct parts for the job. The tap is quite small and the water comes out quite slowly. However, the water looks and tastes clean. I can’t drink regular tap water now as it smells funny. You never really know whether these things are working. I live in a hard water area. My new kettle had limescale in it within a week. Since using this filter there is not one single speck of limescale… that’s good enough for me! The filters need changing once a year and are pretty competitively priced. As well as taking things out the water, this also re-mineralises with the things you want to keep. I’m really pleased with this and the water definitely tastes better!

Need some space. 3.2 gallon(US)?
Looks all ok. All fittings included, so take me about 2-3h to finish (nothing rushed). You need some tools and hand skills. Manual should be bit more clear, about filters position (up/down), type filter written on foil so if removed all quickly, you my lost what and where. We used for one week, no any issues. We have no bad water by taste before, but by testing after the improve quality. Finally we kick out all plastic bottles water.

A great product. RO is the way to better sustainability.
I have had one before therefore for our new property it was the obvious choice. Very robust, easy to assemble with clear instructions. Very well made. The water now is safe and tastes great especially with the additional alkaline add back cartridge. The tank is big so there is always water available for drinking and cooking, rinsing food etc. Why buy and carry litres of bottled water. RO is the way to better sustainability.

Quality water straight from the tap
I wish I knew about these filtration systems years ago as this is now one of my most important things I have bought recently. Pure clean water from my tap which tastes just like bottled water, it's really that good. I have no clue about plumbing at all and still fitted this up myself with no major problems. All I needed was a little fitting from my local plumb store so I could attach the supplied cold water feed to my own water supply. The system is hidden away under my sink and the new tap looks great. Everything works exactly as it should, I'm over the moon with it and I'll never be without one from now on.

Excellent Bottled Water Replacement Device.
Its only been operating 24 hours but we love it already. Tea and coffee tastes much better and no chlorine taste in the drinking water. No more plastic bottles of water, it will pay for itself, including running costs, in under three years. We selected this one as is one of very few in the UK that offer the remineralisation stage. Nobody wanted distilled water for drinking water and Reverse Osmosis filtered water is very close to distilled water. Even though its of USA origin, the supplied inlet water fittings fit UK metric 15mm plumbing parts. In the end, I didn't use them, as in my installation, the isolator valve would have been located behind the kitchen sink bowl at the base of the cold tap. I fitted a 15mm to 3/4" BSP washing machine tap and 3/4" BSP to 1/4" reducer, to have the isolator in a more accessable location. Thats a detail. I elected to hang it on the left side of a cupboard so that the pipes in/out of the unit are away from the door and accidental damage. This has put the clear first stage filter holder at the back of the cupboard. In six months, when I replace the filters, I may replumb it so the input water is at one end and the output at the other. The water path between the various elements is all external, in 1/4" push fit connectors, so swapping the 1st and 3rd stage filter locations isn't difficult. The DIY installation instructions are clear and easy to follow. Installation took me about four hours, including fitting my extra washing machine tap, to the start of the commissioning cycle. I left all the provided coloured pipes full length and coiled up the excess. This allows the unit to be lifted out of the cupboard to depressurise it for filter changes without undoing the couplings in the cupboard first. All in all, very pleased. We should have got one years ago.

Not impressed
Not impressed, I've had this about 7 months now. When I first installed it the water was milky, I emailed the seller and he asked for photos of the set up which I sent but heard nothing back, I have since learned this is normal as it's small bubbles escaping from the filters and takes about 2 weeks to clear. However that never happened with us, our water has always had a funny smell to it, almost like the smell of washing machine water. We've never been impressed do we've never drank this water, however last week I finally had a spare few hours so I thought I'd look into it and maybe change the filters or something. I striped it down and found the sediment filter was still pure white, according to reviews after a few months it goes brown or yellow, also the main RO membrane felt slimy, again this is apparently not normal. Anyway, after a couple of hours of figuring out how this works it turns out it was connected up wrong, not my part but the parts that are pre connected and apparently 'ready to use'. Obviously my tank etc were now fully of none filtered water so getting this thing cleaned was next to impossible, it also had a tiny leak from the pre connected pipes that I just couldn't stop. I contacted Amazon about this and even though it's been 7 months they offered me a return. I have since bought another system off Amazon which is £149 and pumped. Although this has a slightly smaller drum the rest is about the same size and the quality of the connectors is far better. Also the instructions are far clearer and well written. We finally have clear and filtered water but not from the ispring system. I would save your money and search others on amazon.

Great system, great customer support from Nick
I’ve installed the iSpring water filtration system for not just myself, but for my entire family—six households in total—and the experience has been consistently excellent across the board. The system itself is reliable, efficient, and delivers noticeably clean, great-tasting water. Installation was straightforward, and once set up, it runs smoothly with minimal maintenance. It’s given all of us peace of mind knowing we’re drinking high-quality filtered water every day. What really stands out, though, is the customer support. Nick has been incredibly helpful—always responsive, knowledgeable, and patient when answering any questions we had about installation, maintenance, or system performance. It’s rare to find that level of support, and it makes a big difference. Overall, I highly recommend iSpring to anyone considering a water filtration system. Between the product quality and outstanding customer service, it’s been a great investment for my entire family.

Best Investment for Healthy Drinking Water
We’ve been using the iSpring RCC7AK system for a few weeks now, and we are genuinely impressed! The installation went smoothly, and the components feel high quality. Big thanks to Nick from the customer service team — he was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the registration process. One of the most impressive things: we’ve been using filtered water from the system in our glass electric kettle every day for two weeks — and there is absolutely no limescale at all. Not a trace. This alone is a sign of how well the system works. The faucet looks great and works perfectly, and the tank provides more than enough water for our daily use. Highly recommended! Thank you again, Nick — you’re doing a great job!
