Rust-Oleum 400ml Painters' Touch Spray Paint Aerosol - Satin White

Dried quickly, sprayed on well. very happy with the product

I used the first can to change the colour of some black, wrought iron window security bars and brackets. It's very easy to use, has great coverage and (although it's too hard to qualify) the amount of paint in the can is good, enough to totally cover and change the colour from solid black to white of 4 x 3ft high solid black security bars and the two brackets for each one. The finish is good too, I chose the satin finish, not wanting any sheen and it's true to the description. 3 of the bars are outside and although the weather has been great since fitting them (lockdown summer!) I have no reason to doubt the durability of the finish. I've just bought my second can to change the finish of some garden wall art and had no hesitation in ordering the same product again - definitely recommended.

STINKS not the first day first day it smells like acetone/pear drops but if you leave this for 24 hours it smells like diarrhea it knocked me sick and there was nothing I could do about it but the smell did dissappear in about 3 to 4 days. The paint worked ok no matter how thin you spray it still managed to run and leave drip marks which is not what you want. IMO I have had the chalk versions from RustOleum and the quality of them work way better they dont drip you can laquer them on thin and do not smell like this one did. The colour of this though was white that was what was described well. Oh and it is lead free based.

Used the Satin White to spray paint a glass vase. I didn't want to use glass paint due to the many layers of applications I would have to use to achieve the depth of colour I was after. I ended up giving this four coats. It dries quickly. I waited approximately 5 minutes in between each layer. By morning it was bone dry. Did not experience any splatters, it sprayed evenly. The satin is similar to satinwood paint, it has a soft, satin sheen. Highly recommend. Would buy it again. Thank you. P.s. The marks you may notice on the finished vase are defects in the glass, not caused by the paint. I also bought the Pink Berry to spray a few drip trays/saucers for a pink plant pot that I bought on Amazon. As I had plenty of paint leftover so I sprayed a Telephone Box bird feeder which looked weather-worn. Very happy with this paint. Went on smooth, no spurts or blobs. Appears to be hard-wearing. I would defiantly use it again. I hope this has been "Helpful".

Stopped spraying after about a minute. I shook the can for ages beforehand and after but nothing was coming out. I bought this one as it is one of the market leaders, but I have to say, I was really disappointed. The replacement sent worked ok, but I didn’t use much. I guess I’ll find out next time if it is usable.

Bought the two recommended cans of this after reading some good reviews and decided I would give it a try. Really pleased I did, two coatings of this paint gives a great finish, very easy to use, but make sure the area you're in is well ventilated. Used this on some previously painted wooden furniture (shelves, side table, bookshelf) and some metal ornaments and worked great on both, very happy with this product, and lasted longer than I thought it might. Just about to order two more cans! Fast delivery aswell.
