Enjoy using it in my art work.
Good quality matte fluid medium as expected from Liquitex. I enjoy using it in my art work. Good for attaching and sealing up collage in mixed media abstract painting.

Good Economic Altenative
I'm a miniature painter and have taken to using Acrylic Medium for thinning my paints as opposed to water. I uae Citadel paint hence strated with their brand of Medium but at around £2 for 12ml.. this would have been ridiculously expensive in the long term. Liquitex have agood reputation to I bought nearly half a litre of their Matt Acrylic Medium for around £15.. the citadel equivalent would have cost me £80! This stuff is a lot thicker and opaque than the Citadel medium. So it can't be used neat. I found I needed to mix at least 1:1 medium:water to get an acceptable consistency. There appears to be no effect on the lightness of the paint & dries clear. In comparison to my previous Medium, this isn't quite as good.. perhaps due to having to use a LOT of water thus reducing the benefit? However, overall, I'm quite happy with the purchase. Used with Flow Aid & Retarder, it makes the basis for quite a powerful mix.

Dries quickly and clear
I used this when modeling to stick painted parts instead of PVA glue as it sticks better dries clear and quick. It is great value for money

As listed
I haven’t used this yet but I bought it to assist my gelli printing as the patterns I do live to stick to the plate which can be very disheartening. This will hopefully help transfer them to paper!

Not very matte, Turner Acryl Gouache gets a satin finish with it.
This is so weird but this matte medium seems to give a satin finish to my paints. I paint tabletop gaming miniatures with a combination of Turner Acryl Gouache and cheap craft acrylics (I'm weird, I know). The craft acrylics have a satin/semi-gloss finish and I wanted to give them a more matte finish. The gouache is already extremely matte so here I wanted to use the matte medium as a diluent, in combination with water. When I mix the matte medium with the Acryl Gouache, the Acryl Gouache turns satin. I find this extremely weird. I mean, maybe not really, I guess what that means is the matte medium is less matte than whatever matting agent is used in the Acryl Gouache. When I mix it with the craft acrylics though, which already have a satin finish, I get ... a satin finish. I don't see that the craft paint are less glossy when I don't use the matte medium, in fact I stopped using it since it doesn't have any effect and I just dilute the craft paints with water and see no particular difference. Three stars for that because it means that this is not as matte as it could be. Other than that it works fine as a diluent and that's what I mainly wanted it for. But maybe I should look elsewhere for a dedicated diluent. In the end, the satin finish imparted to the Acryl Gouache is not a huge problem, it makes the normally very harsh gouache texture of that paint more smooth and easier to work with. If I could, I'd give 3.5 stars. But really, a matte medium should impart a matte finish. This is just weird.
