Harry Potter Scene It? 2nd Edition DVD Game

Great family fun! If you love Harry Potter as much as me and read all the books and saw the movies at least twice, you will think it's easy. I can't speak for other editions of the game but I have played the Friends Scene It? and it's very similar. If you're a boff, you will love re-living moments from the film and impressing other competitors by destroying them with your knowledge! Great fun at Christmas.

Fans of the Potter films will be enthralled for hours on end. My kids don't seem to mind that the questions are a little on the easy side; there are certainly plenty of questions, clips and games to get through. I have only two negative points to mention,. The first is that owners of the first edition will get poor value from this purchase; the first edition covered the first 4 films already, so you're only getting the fifth film in addition. To be fair, though, there is some new content other than the 5th film. The other is that the focus is solely on the movies rather than the books. Most fans will have read (or had read to them) books 6 and 7 by now, and it is a shame that this material could not be used in the game too.

Good fun, lots of different clips (only a few repeats so far). Best for younger kids, but fun for adults too.

This is a really easy game to understand and great fun to play if you are a fan of the books and films....unfortunately if you haven't seen the fils (or haven't quite finished reading the books) you will be at a disadvantage. I played this with my 10 year old daughter and it's one of those games where we become equals in terms of who might win! Overall we love it.

Althogh this only covers the irst 5 Potter films, it is very enjoyable and has proved to be a perfect family game. We have the Disney scene it, and the Pirates scene it games too, and we have never got bored with any of them. Only one negative, my 6 year old daughter beats me everytime!

This was bought for my nephew, aged 7. He is a big fan of the Harry Potter films and he enjoys this game but says that some of the questions and DVD clips are easy. However, he still loves playing it and parts of it are challenging enough to keep him interested. He is looking forward to reading the books soon.

I was super excited to get this, being a huge Potter fan, but was disappointed. Unless I play with someone who knows as much as I do, the game is far too easy.

I got it as a Christmas present and loved it! It is a great game to play alongside fellow Harry Potter fans, though if you play with Muggles, they may hate you after the game has finished. Hahaha
