Is the electric plug 13amp / uk ?

The plug on mine says 13amp but there is a warning label that says the actual fuse is 3A. I checked inside and the fuse is in fact 3A.

Did anyone get Allan keys with their Katsu mini drill bench

Yeah, got a small pack of 3 Allen keys with it. This was April 2020

Can this chuck be upgraded later? Or is the housing molded shut?

The chuck is definitely removable. In fact, on mine the chuck fell out when I first used it, which surprised me. I put it back on and hit it a few times with a rubber hammer to secure it. Seems to work fine now.

It says drilling max is 6.5mm (1/4) diameter for other materials, can I go as far as 8mm diameter with 3mm depth on soft wood?

You possibly could but personally I wouldn't. The chuck is only 1/4", mine will accept 7 mm but not 7.5mm. The machine is great for what it's designed for (fine work) but doesn't have that much torque for larger drill bits.
