Has helped ease the pain in my heel easy to install can be moved from shoe to shoe

I got these to help with pronation and general heel pain, and they actually do make a noticeable difference. The cushioning is decent and the angled design helps take some pressure off my joints. That said, they can slide around a bit if your shoes don’t have a snug fit, and they’re a bit bulky for slimmer footwear. Still, for the price and the fact you get two pairs, they’re worth trying—just don’t expect a miracle fix.

It could just be that these soles are not for me but these made my foot pain worse. Once I took them out, the pain dramatically decreased. It’s odd because these are soft so I done know why they feel so stiff when I put them on. I’ll be trying memory foam instead to see it that makes a difference. Won’t be using these again but I don’t doubt that they work well for others. Also, they don’t stay put, which added to the discomfort. I’d say buy thick double sided tapead well if you wanted to purchase these

I have quite severe heel pain after an accident & resultant operation (someone else's dog crashed into my leg at full speed resulting in an operation to repair a tibial platform fracture involving insertion of bone graft and metal implants / shafts) On the 2nd consultant appointment following surgery, I was recommended to use a heel cup to ease the pressure and help with my move to full weight bearing. I bought these after researching online and looking at other customer reviews... I have to say, I'm impressed! They have really helped with the pain on a day to day basis :) The pain is still there and my heel(s) are still very tender, but, with these in my shoes, I'm much more comfortable and almost pain-free during the day :) I wasn't even able to get most of my shoes on before getting these, but now have a few more choices of what to wear! I have to thank all the people who responded to questions as they've helped so much in making this purchase... It might be only a couple of pounds as a purchase, but the difference it's made is amazing :) Highly recommended!

A sturdy product but it is a little early to give a full review.

These are certainly comfortable and do lessen my heel pain.. but.. I wish they would stay in place. Could do with a sticky pad to keep them still. I wear wellies and ankle muck boots a lot and it's quite hard to get the footwear on without moving them. If they were sticky they would of got the 5 stars but its getting annoying.

Very disappointed! They looked like they would really help ! Useless might as sell not have them!!

Bought these to try after weeks of unbelievable pain from planktar facitis I honestly didn't think anything would help but they are fantastic first bit of relief I've gotten in so long! Still have pain but no where near what it was and I'm walking without limping

This product is amazing! I suffer from plantar fasciitis and I could barely walk! This cut down the pain so much I do not have to hobble about! The pain is still there, but bearable!! Thank you so much for an excellent products!

They feel good to my heels.

Very soft. Great idea. Unfortunately one of them would not stay straight and twisted sideways under my heel, so I had to remove it or get a blister; and then I had to remove the other one because I was walking unevenly. If there was a way to glue them into my shoes to keep them aligned properly they might work better!
