This is a most impressive doll’s house. The size is good and it is robust so that smaller kids can play with it, but also interesting enough that the older ones enjoy it too. It includes five room settings all of which are of high quality. Be aware that if you buy more room settings Hape has its own unique scale, so only Hape accessories are the absolute correct size. The roof is good as it provides a handle which facilitates movement of the house easily. The rooms can be moved around and re-purposed according to any game a child is playing. The open sides work really well as children tend to take all the stuff out of the house anyway! It comes flat packed, but is really easy to put together.

Wow! First of all Hape is not selling this product correctly in their description. Too much awesomeness has been missed out! This DOLLS house is BEAUTIFUL and creatively made. I'm going to go in to details for those that would appreciate it like I would have! The dolls house comes with 36 pieces- I have included a photo for ease of all the items you actually get with the house.Cute ref: bathroom has duck for the bath or shower a towel and a real mirror!!! Bedroom has real mirror on dressing table. Wardrobe has hanging rail and shelfs. One staircase has half stairs and half slide!!! How cool? There is a very large section under the kitchen area of the house to store a car! The kitchen has mini accessories like a juicer oots and pans! Extra boys like lamps and a Tv,fireplace,cushions and rugs make this dolls house feel real and homey. I would definitely recommend this for a girl or a boy. It's the perfect size for a few kids to play as its very open and quite big! Everything was included, easy to build in less than an hour and very sturdy! This will last years to come! We brought the African American family which has no baby so I brought the living room and kids bedroom set and that's all that's needed! You get everything else included! Were going to eventually get the car and outside playset and I think that would be the only additions needed. Love love love!

This brightly coloured modern doll's house is perfect for pretend play for any child. Age range given for play is 3+ because of small accessories. Not too fiddly for small hands, the house comes with bathroom, kitchen, media room and bedroom accessories (and other sets can be bought for kids room, nursery and dining room.) The house took less than 30 minutes to assemble on my own and seems to be made of good quality materials. There are no family dolls included in the set, but Caucasian, Asian and African American families are available to personalise the house. A pet set of dog, cat and rabbit are also available. It is a dolls house that I hope will last for years to come.

Christmas present for a 2 year old who loves it. Has loads of individual furniture pieces that come with it, all of which are very nice, and the house itself is really lovely. Looks great, not over bearingly large, sturdy, and fairly easy to assemble. I also bought the hape car and matching African American family and the whole set is brilliant. A tip on assembly is not to overtighten the screws.

The house and furniture look lovely. My kids are delighted. Well made and sturdy for the most part. We will probably buy the dining set, the kids bedroom and the nursery as well because these aren't included. One of the long pieces of wood that extend from the back to the front of the house (I think there are 12 in total) was faulty. The hole where a screw goes in was too large and the screw didn't bite. This wasn't really an issue, as a whole the house still felt solid so I just ignored it. I was assembling it late on Christmas Eve so returning it wasn't really an option. Overall happy with it. Quite a bit cheaper than some alternatives and the lack of a hinged front at first looks unfinished but I think it's actually a bonus because the ones I saw in shops looked flimsy and the doors would not last long in my opinion.

Another great product by Hape. I assembled this very easily in an hour or so. It is beautifully painted in lovely fresh colours and has a reversible roof with snow on one side and summer greenery on the other. You can move the stairs and reach in from all angles. The attention to detail in the house and the furniture that comes with it is brilliant. For example there are wardrobes with doors that open, to reveal shelves, bright rugs for the rooms, towels. I wanted a house for my daughter but none of the ones in high street shops appeal as they are always pink and very girly. This was absolutely perfect, original and competitively priced.

I brought this for my 2 year old for Christmas/late birthday gift! I only just managed to open it today. Very easy to assemble once I got into it. The quality of this house is sturdy and feesl durable (if looked after properly!). Stunning and spacious house with lots of intricate details to the accessiories. I wasn't expecting so much little bits that just add so much value!! I highly recommend as it's not too large (especially if you have a small space) and is super light to carry from room to room. To keep it interesting I will be purchasing some of the other accessories to build on it. I purchased the Black American family to go with the house! I plan to add some push lights because that just looks amazing (seen from other customer). I can't wait for my daughter and son (5) to play with this in the morning! I'm sure this will give them loads of free play and help develop imagination! 10/10, must buy and must have!!

... Puppenmuttis... Ich habe mich wirklich intensiv in den letzten Wochen mit dem Weihnachtswunsch unserer Tochter (fast 4) "ein Puppenhaus" beschäftigt. Bei uns gibt es zu Weihnachten nur ein Geschenk für jedes Kind und alle legen dafür zusammen. Da sollte es schon etwas richtig Gutes sein. Die Bedingungen waren: - aus Holz und stabil (erfüllt!) - farblich nicht nur für Mädchen geeignet (prima gelöst - bunt und ansprechend, also dann auch mal für unseren Sohn (fast 2)) - mit Erweiterungsmöglichkeiten (es gibt jede Menge (!) schönes Zubehör) Schon die Verpackung des Hauses und der Einrichtung war professionell - so konnte wirklich nichts kaputt gehen. Das Haus selbst wird mit einer guten Aufbauanleitung und 26 Schrauben geliefert und war innerhalb einer halben Stunde zusammengebaut. Bei uns haben keine Bohrungen (eine andere Rezension) gefehlt. Es wirkt sehr stabil und doch handlich (oben am Dach ist ein Griff für den Transport eingearbeitet). Es werden 6 gleichgroße "Böden" geliefert. Vier sind uni, einer ist blau-weiß "gefliesst" (Bad) und einer (Küche) ist weiß "gefliesst". Die zwei mitgelieferten Treppen können beliebig angesetzt werden. Die Lampe ist "verstellbar". Auch der Balkon paßt an vier Zimmer (blau, orange, gelb und rot) und ist schnell eingehangen. Die mitgelieferten Möbel sind gut verarbeitet, das Holz und die Farben sind sehr schön. Die Zusammenstellung der einzelnen Zimmer ist prima - alles, was man braucht und läßt doch Platz für eigene Phantasie (untereinander austauschbar) und Kreativität. Wir haben noch das Babyzimmer und Esszimmer der gleichen Marke dazu bestellt. Auch sehr ordentliche und farbenfrohe Verarbeitung. Die Größe und Aufteilung insgesamt sind so gut gewählt, dass selbst Erwachsene bequem mitspielen können. FAZIT: Ganz klare Kaufempfehlung. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich super! Nachtrag nach fast zwei Jahren Einsatz: Das Haus wird immer noch viel bespielt, mittlerweile von zwei Kindern (Mädchen 5 1/2, Junge 3 1/2) und Besuch. Es ist noch nichts kaputt gegangen, obwohl nicht immer vorsichtig gespielt wird. Letztes Jahr hat der Weihnachtsmann viel Zubehör in die Weihnachts-Kalender-Säckchen versteckt: einen Garten mit viel Zubehör und diverses Haushalts-Zubehör (Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, Bügelbrett uws.). Es macht immer wieder Spaß, die Kinder beim Spielen zu Beobachten und auch selbst mal in die Kinderrolle zu schlüpfen. FAZIT: Immer noch ganz klare Kaufempfehlung!!!

Es genial, porque es moderna, pero sin pasarse, y está superbien hecha. Mi hija de tres años está encantada. Viene con la cocina (electrodomésticos), el salón, el baño y el dormitorio principal. Yo compré aparte las mascotas, el dormitorio de los niños y el del bebé, todo de la misma marca, y con eso creo que es más que suficiente (se podría poner también una mesa y unas sillas para comer, por ejemplo). Es facilísima de montar (16 tornillos que se ajustan con la llave allen que viene incluida). El tejado se puede dar la vuelta y, en vez de hiedra, está nevado.

Casita colorida sustentable, de excelente calidad. No es pesada, tiene muchos muebles, los suficientes para jugar pero yo compré los muebles restantes (comedor, recámara de niños, recámara de bebé), solo me falta el coche que no está más a la venta. La casita es perfecta para que niños y niñas la usen como juego de roles . En resumen, opta por una casita hermosa, bien hecha de madera que estimulará la imaginación de tu hija e hijo en lugar de comprar esas casas gigantescas rosas destinadas solo a las niñas de plástico barato que sueltan tóxicos.

I bought this dollhouse for my daughter's fifth birthday (which is tomorrow), and I know she is going to love it. In looking online at options, this one was her favorite because of the features/design and also mine because it seemed like the best quality and value. Thus, we saved up for it. Yes, the price tag is high, but you get what you pay for--in this case, it's quality. The house looks really nice, and it’s sturdy. It comes with enough furniture/accessories to put some in each room, although you can buy add-ons to make it more complete/full. For example, in my photos, we have the add-on kids’ bedroom and dining room sets from Hape, as well as a set of kitchen accessories (bottles, boxes, dishes) from Haba, which are mostly in the fridge and cabinets, so not very visible in photos. The wardrobe in the parents’ room does have useable space, and we have the Haba doll that comes with multiple outfits, so maybe we will store her clothes in there. The topmost room is empty right now, but that’s not because there was nothing to go there. We’re going to put the add-on baby’s room from Hape there—just waiting for it to arrive in the mail. We also plan to put the Haba laundry room set in the bathroom, the Haba bunny hutch on either the balcony or the space beside the living room, and the Haba kitty in the kids’ room. By the way, Hape makes a lovely set of three pets (dog, cat, and bunny); it’s just that my daughter already has the Haba ones, and they fit well. Without the add-ons, I think I would have done the “double living room” (as shown in the manufacturer’s photos) and either and truly left the topmost room empty, as though a second balcony. Under the kitchen is some empty space, and I’ve heard that you can park the Hape car there. The Haba vet car also fits, as we verified. I also think this space will be useful for storing dolls, laid flat. We don’t have any of the Hape dolls (again, yet—who knows?!), but we have many of the Haba Little Friends Dolls, hence purchasing this house. As with the pets mentioned above, Hape’s dolls (the wooden ones shown in the manufacturer’s photos) are also perfect for this house; we just happened to have the Haba ones already. I absolutely appreciate the ability to mix/match the two lines! Assembly was not difficult. If you're not used to assembling wooden furniture, etc., it might not be easy or necessarily intuitive. However, if you look at the instructions beforehand and think it through, it's no problem. From the time I cut open the box to the time I placed the last piece of furniture, it took about an hour. That includes unwrapped (items come bubble/tissue wrapped), studying the instructions, inventorying the pieces, and so on. I'm not very "handy," so I took my time, to ensure I wouldn't make a fatal mistake. Someone else could probably assemble it faster than I did, especially with a helper. My top pieces of advice for assembly are: 1) study the instructions first, 2) make sure you have all the pieces and lay them out orderly, 3) line up all the screws in the holes before tightening any on that side (because then you won't have the problem of screws not fitting, due to misaligned holes), and 4) take the time you need to work comfortably and confidently. I cannot imagine that my daughter will not absolutely love this house, given all the anticipation and how absolutely wonderful it is. If it does disappoint her, I will update to add her comments. I also hope that I can get some better photos once the gift is actually given. Right now, it’s wedged in a corner of the basement, so I apologize if the photos are not clear enough to be helpful. In all, this is the dollhouse of dreams. Any little girl or boy would love it and get many years of enjoyment from it. It’s also definitely large enough and has enough access points that two children could easily play with it together. I’m so glad we purchased this, and I definitely recommend it. Thank you, Hape!
