Are they single use plastic? ! ! !

Each one for me lasts for around a week, and I use them twice a day!!!

Only the thin end of the pick will go through the base of the tooth. Are they supposed to go all the way through and all the way up the tooth?

My dentist told me yesterday that they should go all the way through between the teeth, scrubbing gently in and out to clean and massage the gum. Use often and especially after brushing teeth and eating. Not just the front teeth either. All of them even if it's difficult to get to you should find the technique. My teeth are very tight together so I use the orange ones for the front and blue for the molars as the gap is slightly wider at the back. And my dentist is amazing haha

are these good for someone who doesn't really have visible space in between their teeths?

Yes absolutely. You might find you have no gaps due to build up of plaque, but these will help remove it. My gume bled the first few times but my dentist said thats normal, it clears up within 2 weeks.

Really no idea but really good. Dentist recommended these to me.
