I have to say, I’m very impressed with L’Oreal Paris magic retouch instant route concealer it works wonders on my hair. I get quite a few grey bits coming through and it does the work it covers all my grey. The only downfall is that it can make your head a bit itchy so I try not to use it a lot. You get a nice size can which lasts a long time which I was impressed about good value for the price. I was very pleased with this.

I bought the dark brown for my brown hair colour and it was a tad too dark for me, but that's better than it being too light so I worked with it. Firstly, the good: the product gives you great coverage and it lasts until your next wash, you don't need to keep reapplying it every day. It's easy to use, and dries well wtihout residue. The bad: the major downside is - there are definitely not 23 sprays as advertised on the package. This can make it a very expensive alternative to dying roots every two weeks. I managed to get 5 or so days/uses out of it. The comparisons: It's a bit stickier than the Superdrug brown dry shampoo which means it's also less powdery and seems to be what gives it its staying power. It's also less sticky than the Root Perfect dark brown (which is quite similar and I do like quite a lot). Overall I prefer this to the other dry shampoo / root touch ups because of its flexible hold and therefore less likely to break the hair. I would definitely buy again to have as back up, but it's too expensive to rely on for regular use.

I love this. I’ve tried many cheaper versions but they don’t do a great job. This is worth the extra money. Put Vaseline round your hairline so you can wipe off any overspray easily, and make sure you spray your hair before you do your make up!

Does work and perhaps adds and extra week before retouch with dye needed. In my view best for minimal greys in dark hair, on parting and around face.

Perfect for covering grey as it appears. Easy to use, perfect application. Good value.

A regular buy for me, it covers those roots up really well.

This is a really good product, there is no residue, no issues with scalp health, easy to use as well, gives a very natural finish. Definitely recommended.
