I'm afraid it's hard to tell as it's written all in Italian? It doesn't seem to have any symbols that suggest it is vegan friendly, sorry I couldn't be me help.

yes I believe this is distilled, I have been buying this for years. Recommended by my daughter-in-law, who is Italian.
