I have order this phone nokia 3310 uk-sim , does it mean it's only work in uk or it's unlocked sim ?

Sorry, I don't know about the UK bit. Sim free means you can choose which provider to go with, buy a sim card and install it... But beware - I ordered a Nokia 3310 and it was a fake. There is a youtube video clip showing how to spot the difference.
