Everything came as expected, but the protective shell, I was sent 2 bottom half’s and no top half, and this was one of the two things I bought this for, so just be warned you might receive duplicates.

I'm very pleased with this whole set. The case itself is sturdy. It fits the New 2ds XL very well and also has room for a surprising amount of other stuff. It has pouches for 16 2ds or 3ds games and a zip pocket for other accessories. The clear plastic protective case fits very snugly on the console and doesn't cover up anything important. All the buttons are still easy to use and the stylus and game/sd card port is easily accessible. It allows me to cover my ds in stickers without risking ruining it if I change my mind about them. It comes with 3 screen protectors and a screen cleaner. The top screen protector is perfect. It covers the whole top half of the console an you wouldn't know it's there. The bottom screen protector is slightly small, leaving about a 1mm gap at the bottom of the screen. It doesn't affect the use of the screen at all, and it also doesn't seem to protect it any less. It just means you can tell you're using a screen protector. The gap is narrower than the width of a stylus. The screen protector doesn't affect the sensitivity of the touchscreen at all. The stylus works just as well as the one that comes with the console and it fits well in the case. It's much easier to use than the standard one. It's much longer and thicker, as well as eliminating the need to constantly be removing/replacing it into the fiddly little port on the ds. I'll admit I'm not a fan of the standard one on this particular ds. The USB charger works well, although I can't say how long it takes to charge. It means you don't have to carry the bulky mains charger around with you, and it fits in the case's zip pocket. The cases for the games cartridges fit both 3ds and 2ds games and feel secure. The earphones are fairly standard. They work fine, but if you're like me and have weird shaped ears, they might not fit. I was aware of this when I bought the set though. Basically, they're standard, round earphones. I haven't tried the car charger because I spend all my money on Nintendo games instead of saving for a car. Overall I would definitely recommend this kit. It's perfect for the New 2ds XL.

I primarily bought this set for the carry case and USB charging cable, and for that purpose, it's great. It also includes a few additional items, like earphones and a cigarette charger, which are nice extras. However, the overall quality feels quite cheap. While most of the items function as intended, they come across as poorly made. The hard plastic case and screen protectors were a welcome inclusion but are also the main reason for my mediocre rating. The plastic case fits the device well and looks good, but it doesn't feel secure. It doesn't click into place, and while it doesn't fall off, it remains worryingly loose. The screen protectors, on the other hand, were absolutely terrible. They're flimsy and incredibly difficult to apply without bubbles, despite my best efforts. The set includes three (for the top and bottom screens), which I initially thought was a bonus, but all three were ruined during my first attempt and ended up in the bin. If I had bought this product primarily for the screen protectors, I would have returned it.

I've just got the product and everything was there. The service was quick and it was delivered on the day it was supposed to. The plastic case fits well and protects all round. The carry case fits everything in but can be a little tight. I've not tried the cable and charger yet but they seem on. Screen protector it ok just a little short for the bottom screen but still does the trick. My ears are fussy so haven't even tried the headphones as I already had some but a nice little add on if you've not. Perfect if you want to get everything you need in one go.

Missing screen protector

Having previously bought the Switch case, I was expecting this to be of the same high quality but unfortunately not!! It was intended to be a present but good job I opened the box to inspect it! There is a zip compartment on the inside of the lid...this compartment was torn down the one side and looked awful. I would have been embarrassed to. Give this to someone.
