Great way for vegetarians to ensure they get their b vitamins and because these are methylated, they are better absorbed. Better and faster absorption means that you're not wasting your money and no hidden nasties. Great for daily (morning) use for vegetarians and also as a pick me up for everyone when they just need a bit of extra support. From a trusted and respected brand too. Some reviews on taste and smell baffle me, simply because it smells and tastes exactly like nutrient yeast flakes (nutfrivita etc) but concentrated. If you don't like it, pop a few drops into some juice in the morning.

The taste and smell is not great however just put in juice and the problem is solved. .Think it is having an affect as it is methylated the body can absorb easier and needs less.

Easy to Use, much better than capsules or tablets. No bad after taste. Good Quality. Seems to work as expected.

Bought this with high hopes and a functioning sense of smell. Lost one of those in the process. When I opened the bottle, even the cat stopped mid-lick, confused and possibly offended. The scent? Imagine tinned tuna went to a yoga retreat and never emotionally recovered. The taste? Not quite as horrifying as the smell ,more like a mild ‘vitamin broth of despair’. I mixed it with milk and called it a wellness latte to trick my brain. My brain was not fooled. Kids took one whiff and fled. So now it’s just me, my questionable life choices, and four drops of regret every morning. Would I recommend it? Only if you enjoy character development.

All the necessary b vitamins in one product and the amounts are low enough. Pleased with this product and I will buy it again. Does not taste bad and is easier than taking pills.

It is what it is , it's good

Not sure if coincidence but ended up with restless legs a couple of days after taking, which have lasted for over 3 months so far. After reading online it says sometimes it can have this effect and almost keep nervous system stuck in "fight or flight"
