Obviously you buy it because it is labelled as "Anti-Irritation". In my case, however, the cream itself produced the deepest irritating and burning effect, lasting a whole day, that I have ever experienced from a substance. There seem to be a small band of us who have this experience, as against the majority who seem find it satisfactory or even pleasing. I imagine it's the menthol in the product that is responsible, so perhaps I have an allergy I never knew about. In any case, there is something odd about the stuff as soon as it comes out of the tube. It looks as if the "oil" part and the "water" part have not mixed properly, or it has de-emulsified; and it leaves a sort of oily slime on the bowl rather than dissolving rapidly under the tap. Perhaps mine was (very) old stock. It's in the bin now, and I'm back to my well-liked Palmolive.

I’ve used this product for a number of years. Massive variance in quality from one order to the next. The most recent order was very thin/wet, more of a lotion than a cream.

I bought this product due to it being labelled as good for sensitive skin. It produces burning and irritation after only 2 days and I won't be using it again.

When used correctly it didn't provide enough lubrication and left my skin dry, tight and burning.

The product packaging was open and seemed like the product seemed like was used as there is no seal ..absolutely disgusted

It arrived out of date, not happy. Waste of money.

The product was bashed around and looked as though it had previously been used as the bottom was rolled up and the tube was very damaged looking

Une crème à raser d'excellence. Vraiment rien à voir avec les "mousses à raser". Il faut bien sûr une brosse à raser pour la mettre sur le visage et les parties intimes. Pas de rougeur et très douce

Product as a product is great. But I ordered twice and twice I received pure water inside instead of cream. Just to mention that I ordered from Amazon Ireland. When I ordered from UK item was in a cream form has to be. So I think that is the problem how is stored in some warehouse in Ireland. Just wanted to mentioned because product is great but depends from you ordering.
