No, bike wheel nuts are 15mm, this st only goes up to 13mm

Is the extension bar long enough to replace spark plugs?

This is a small socket set and not really intended for things like spark plug removal, unless from a very small (model) engine. Not sure they make spark plug sockets in 1/4 inch drive. The extension bar is 10 cm(4 inch) in length. I'd go for a 3/8 socket set if I were you.
