Yes they do you can use them for a thermal copier or by hand

Does this come with step by step instructions. I want to use it to transfer my henna designs to skin.

Can it be use for printing in tiles?

Carbon wont stick but yes it is possible of u are using the carbon as a stencil to etch over afterwards.

Do you have to heat this up to activate the transfer process ?, Thanks.

I use a transfer printer that heats up to transfer the stencil to the rice sheet. You can just put your stencil between the carbon sheet and trace it. That will work as well and you do not need to heat it up for that. You will never heat these yourself, either trace the stencil between the carbon or use them in a thermal printer.
