Are these suitable for SoundMagic E10s?

I use them on the E10 earphones and they're fantastic.If you meant the E10S earphones, they are identical except for having a Microphone for smartphones.

What are these like for running/sports? do they tend to fall out when sweating?

Have not tried running but they do absolutely A1 for hiking and dog walks. They are really grippy, more so than the much more expensive counterparts. They don't fall out and are extremely comfortable. Stunning value for money.
