They’re great and lightweight and don’t poke out too much at the bottom like some stands with larger tripods. I think I’ve got a bad habit of over tightening the knobs though because this the second pair of bought. Plenty strong enough for my RCF 735a’s which weigh around 23kg. Great quality for the price.

I've given 4 out of 5 stars. Probably slightly disappointed because of the name! They shouldn't be called Gorilla Stands. This word implies they are rock solid, as good as it gets, built to last etc etc. These stands are none of these things. The clamps are feeble but functional, the poles are thin in steel thickness, more movement (side to side) when the speaker is mounted than I would like. You wouldn't want to balance a 40kg active speaker on it if the stand were in a venue and people had to brush past it. Having said all of that, for £40.00 they are an inexpensive functional pair of stands that will get your speakers off the ground. Your getting exactly what you paid for! It's not a bargain, its also not over priced for what you get. For home or studio, buy them... for a roadshow, spend more.

Great price, fast delivery, great quality

I purchased these speaker stands for some speakers which I have honestly had since the 90s (they came from Tandy, that’s a clue!). I use them outside for parties once or twice a year now. Before the stands I used to either balance the speakers on furniture or stand them on the floor. This has been a real game-changer after purchasing the pole mounts separately and drilling the bottom of the speakers. I can now mount and position the speakers properly and choose their height which has totally changed the experience when they’re used. The stands are very sturdy and are highly recommended. These have an excellent quality zip carry bag too which allows you to pack the stands up and store safely. I even store speaker cable in the bag too!

Wow! Wow! Wonderful!! Cannot believe there are 2 in one pack. Very sturdy feel and feel... I have not tried it yet but will do soon as possible... My intended use is for a full size PTZ camera, probably weighing 10kg+ and will be hanging off the top of this speaker stand with an arm. I will update with photos but from the ones attached now, you may get an idea of what I’m trying to achieve with a PTZ camera and this speaker stand. But by the way, I can tell with certain things that it will perform or not, and without trying, I know these stands can perform all of my requirements as a stand for my CCTV equipment and can withstand the weight distribution because of the versatility of these stands, it’s amazing and a bargain!
